    Co incidentally am also used to be the builder. Whenever you launch your prices, you inculcate an escalation cost. This must be as per your feasibility and vision. If you can't do it, you are not a good calculator. There is no justification of price increase in the middle. It's your failure that you didn't do your homework properly.

    I have invested in Etihad town phase 2 in instalments it was 3 year plan but I got possession in 1 year overall prices are in minus due to situation in our country but they are developing the society at good pace

    Very great analysis. Most stupid way is to buy on lucrative installments as only five percent developers fulfill their promise. Either they are Ten-years behind schedule or don't deliver at all what they have promised
