Hi All! Today we are taking a look at King Charles Buckingham Palace and Highgrove jam and so many other products! Yes! I got my hands on the Highgrove Strawberry Jam and I am so excited to show you how wonderful this stuff is! Most products are sold out because we love to support the Royal Family and to support a great cause! No thank you to Meghan and Harry and the scam jam that wasn't! I just commented on someone’s comment elsewhere. They said all the crowds, all the cheer, NOT!
The media failed to pick up the "paid for crowd" at St.Pauls. several members of the paid for group had whistles and every time they blew the crowd cheered. No whistle, no cheer. They even allowed the whistle blowers stand in front of barriers so they could conduct the paid for group. Watch out for it and listen to synchronised whistling. Hilarious.
Page Six posted how happy everyone was to see Hazmat. 😆 I guess the boo’s didn’t count.
There was a "buy a crowd" group there who were controlled by several folk with whistles. It was fun to watch, media failed to pick it up. Each time they blew the whistles the paid group would cheer, whistle stopped, cheering stopped. The whistle blowers were allowed to come out of the barriers to synchronise the group. If you watch film of PH arrival and departure you will see and hear the whistlers. Plus security brings PH over to specific group of Squaddies to shake their hands, all of two minutes. Ironic when you have to pay folk to cheer you.
Funny how The Royal Family suddenly sell like crazy. I find it hilarious. I am certain the sausage sugars are wallowing in mental pains from being acutely triggered. HONK!

I went to Windsor Castle last week to see Her Majesty's grave. I'd been many times before to the Castle, as I used to live close, but I never had to queue in St George's before; everyone wanted to pay their respects to Her Late Majesty. I bowed my head and just for a moment, I felt like the only person there.
Anyhow, I bought the same jam and marmalade, and my brother bought me a crystal whisky tumbler, as a birthday present. I saw the pen... and I regretted on a long haul flight home for not having bought it!
That made me cry. People really queuing to pay respects to our late Queen? I used to live near Windsor but live too far away now to go, and I miss London and those places
@@MaryB-tx2xq it's absolutely true; they could have gone anywhere in the Chapel, but they were all queuing from the entrance, all the way round to the final resting place of Her Late Majesty and Prince Philip. I felt much the same; I didn't mind queuing in the slightest, it was a visual showing of what the Queen still means to so many.

The British RF may sometimes seem a bit of an oddity but they do a tremendous amount of good in supporting charities, setting up foundations, starting apprenticeships....etc. Their output is amazing. Invitations to the garden parties are based on an individual's achievements ( don't think I'll ever get an invite!). They really do "serve and support " where it counts most.

I bought some High grove jam from Fortnum and Mason. All delicious - favourite is the damson jam. I also bought some jam from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). The gooseberry and elderflower was particularly good!
Being British, I did know all about the RF and very much appreciated our late Queen as well as the then Prince Charles and his work in horticulture and the environment. I never particularly liked Hazbeen but just ignored him because he wasn’t that important. Clearly he believes he’s of more importance than he actually is but he’s got beyond a joke. The only good thing is that more people have become aware of them, including the strong women P Anne, P Catherine, Sophie and Q Camilla

A Big Thank You…This made me happy memories cry , we made for years as a family group a hamper at Christmas from the Buckingham place shop every Christmas for my mother in law I loved how my money went to support the art that doesn’t really belong to the monarchy but to the country…. So why should they have to pay all the upkeep and repair restoration’s but they do .. they also lend art work to museums all over the world… it got she’d drop hints as to what she’d like in the hamper before Christmas . We miss her so much ..I think I’ll start and treat myself to a hamper this Christmas and try Queen Elizabeth’s gin I never got round to it when she was alive .

This hamper is amazing! It made me cry happy tears, remembering all the very happy trips I've had to the UK! Have purchased the hampers from Fortnum & Mason before, but now I will try the B. Palace & Highgrove ones. Last year, I made Hampers filled individually for each family holiday gifts I needed! The favorite was the ice cream hampers. I filled it with the sturdy, large ice cream cups found in most groceries & also many different flavors of toppings- hot fudge, blueberry, pineapple, caramel & others, lots of sprinkles & a gift card to a local grocery for the family to purchase ice cream, bannanas for bannana splits, etc. They went over big! Everyone loved them!! My new go to holiday family gift!
Megzy is planning to charge more for her unappetizing looking jam with it's ridiculous label that won't even stick to the jar. 🤣

Re: Jam pot sizes. The jam comes in the smaller pot for 'breakfast use' meaning it's a small jar that can easily sit on a breakfast tray for breakfast in bed. The larger pots are for use throughout the day.

My choice to try would always be the double chocolate anything! Confession time-I am a pen snob. There is a brand that I absolutely love. They released a limited edition pen for King Charles' Coronation. There were four stores chosen to carry the pen. All four were in the UK. I ordered from one of them and yes, I received it within a week. They also included a sweet card and candy. Such class!

I’ve been told that British recipes don’t rely on sugar as much as American recipes. I’m wondering if their preserves just have a more fruity taste as opposed to ours which is sugary.
Whenever I make an American recipe I always halve the sugar. I’m in Australia.

We received our order from Buck House (strawberry jam from the Palace of Holyrood House and marmalade) last week. The jam is half gone, and the spousal unit has yet to try the marmalade. Rachel can get mad all she wants about jam sales going through the roof in the UK; the movement was in response to her lastest endeavor. Grassroots from start to finish - HM The King didn't have to say a word or lift a finger.

I r recieved my goods from Highgrove all the jams are delicious the chutney is rich and goes great with cheese and cold meat the onion marmalade I have never tasted anything like it and I love my onion this is on steroids lol.
