I hadn't tried the original but I did get the lm. At first I thought it had way too much treble, but after getting different tips and making sure it was better sealed in my ears the sound really came alive and was much more full and balanced.
I have both and I can say both can be silbant depending on the source. Both IEMS show silibance with most of my daps. But my Desktop Shanling H5, no silbance. Timmy from Gizaudio nailed the treble. Yes they are lively but they are not natural. The EA500 has a close soundstage and is more musical. The EA500LM not as close to highlight its ability for depth and resolution and show off its driver. The LM is a better driver but due to its soundstage it is less musical. Compared to the LM, the EA500 can sound compressed. End of they day they both sound very similiar but they are diffrent enough to get both if you can like/deal with the near/silibance treble.
Thanks for the feedback for the folks in the comment section! Yes, shanling tends to a warmer sound wich combined with the lively ea500's signature goes pretty well!
Mister author reviewer we have the same opinion on this. Ea500 has the magic sauce which we all fallen in love. IMHO the LM lost that magical tune and I don't believe it's an upgrade more of a downgrade
I listened to many reviews and decided to buy the first EA500. I theoretically)) imagined that they would be more suitable for listening to extreme metal.
So the EA500 and EA500 LM is similar, but the lm is more smooth in the high frequencies, but the normal is more sub bass right?, Which one do you recommend?, I'm looking for the highest sound quality and details, I plan to also buy the Hidisz MS3, with which can I complement it? EA500 or EA500 LM
Amazing resolution for the price point with a big soundstage, it is on pair if not even better than the analytical Titan S, the midrange is very natural to my ears, male vocal have good body, female are natural without shortness or an aggressive pinna gain. I find the original ea500 a tad more resolving because of the more prominent treble.
@@calvinyip364yes it is worth the upgrade, the thing is, Titan s os cheaper, but is an analytical iem, ea500 and ea500lm got a lot more bass and can keep up in the resolution, and even surpass Titan S. I do recommend ea500 and ea500lm as an upgrade any day 😅
I have been using Truthear Zero (blue) for a week, but it seems like there is something missing. My goal is to play games and listen to music. The voice of the player behind me sounds confused as if it were in front of me, or I can't detect it :) This is my first time using an iEM headset. Before this, I was using the Sennheiser HD700 and I could locate rival players as if I were placing them with my hand. I live in Turkey and the conditions here are a bit challenging, I don't think I can constantly try different brands and models :/ Can you recommend me a nice model? I just want to put on my headphones and enjoy myself, I'm so confused, please help. My budget is $400.Is Simgot ea1000 the right choice or should I buy ea2000? I don't want to make any unnecessary expenses.

Nice, I do enjoy spinfit eartips with ea500 and ea500lm

Is the normal EA500 more wheezing than the LM or is there not such a big difference?

I would get ea500lm to complement hidiz, ms3 is a very detailed and sharp set already
Whats better then DCMEKA at the lowest price tag? 😮
In terms of technicalities, wich one you prefered? Sound stage, details, imaging and separation are the same?
The lm version has better extension both to sub and high treble, but the og show more detail in your face because of the boost in the treble
How is the resolution, soundstage? Vocal male and female?

@@EsserAudio the dunu titan S is way cheaper. So you said it's on par? Or better?
Is worth the money in terms of upgrade from the titan S to the LM.

Ea500lm or em6l?
Em6l if you prefer something with more subbass, and less treble, ea500lm if you prefer something with more energy
Is there any way to get a mic for these?
Yes, you can get a 2 pin cable with mic, try kinera ruyi cable ;)
@@EsserAudio would the Tripowin Zombur or Tripowin Grace 0.78mm 2 pin cable work?
Moondrop freedsp or cvj cables that have them. There's actually lots of options now
Moondrop mc2 as well

Opa 😁
Is possible to you make a tier list of iem 50$- 200$ for gaming ?
