If they only swallow the whole seed and throw away. Then you need hand feeding, otherwise, if we can bite the seed to small pieces and throw away the husk, then it totally fine to eat by themselves. It could be up to 10 eggs. But surviving all of them is miracle. Mine had 6 eggs. 5 hatched until now. But one baby dies at day 6 :(
