This song, I'm just glad i found it. Was going through tough times, everything about my life was a mess and I didn't wanna to anybody. I was driving home from the hospital and this song started playing. I was so mesmerized by it, I forgot all my problems and just found peace listening to this masterpiece. I really don't know, how or why but this song gives me an assurance that things will fall in place in their own time. Thanks a lot for this masterpiece Angel. God bless.

I see the majority of metal guitarists these days using them almost exclusively for dive bombs, and not enough in very lyrical soloing.
Antivorg Polyphia is very good at using them properly and also in a unique way too. Jason Richardson also showcased how well he can use it on his guest solo in Aviator.

He could have simply been referring to the amp/pedal settings aspect of it. Maybe not as specifically as you would like because English might not even be his first language. This song is beyond incredible. It feels as though it is written from very personal depths. The begining makes me think he's been hurt and basically trying to find some semblance of happiness but it remains somber.
