Yeah - look good so far. But it is possible not to click-and-away so fast. It is near impossible to read it and I go back again and again for read it. Please do it slower. Thank in advance.
The wars are not mine but this with the bandits ... you really can not see when the enemy is at end ... but good after dead soldiers do you catch the bandits.

Does more storage spread around, worker huts, barracks and other similar buildings reduce traffic to the boat. Basically take anything citizens travel to the boat for and move it into the community instead.

I wouldn't bother with Soldiers, just get Rangers for the Thieves and Bandits, and Fearnaughts for the Spectres and Werewolves
Watching pedestrians in an intersection traffic jam kills this for me. Just watch people walking in a busy city, people can walk around each other very effectively!
It's a mechanic to overcome and make you think about efficiency
Just a suggestion... don't have 4 way intersections. Do 3 or less as to minimize congestion

This game is cool and all, but man it's missing SO many QOL features. In fact, the simplest and easiest QOL improvement they could make is a larger storage facility. It's absurd how quickly you stack up resources to only have a single storage facility of 64. I placed down 47 in my first play through and they were constantly full.
Some way to terraform is any aspect would be nice as well.
