Great job Andy! There are no tempo issues. He speeds up and slows down at the beginning to match the vocals changing tempo, and some of the accents are on the off beats to match the unusual vocal rhythm. Also for the rest of the song, it is in the same reggae/dub swing style and sounds completely in time to me.
It is a little disorienting because we are so used to the original, but this is really impressive.
in the beginning he diddn't get the voice sped / slowed 100% accurately, but i have worked with protools/ cubase DAWS and it's an extreme bitch to sit and manually change in Wav files lenghts to make it match a beat, they are singing 100% freestyle in the beginning it would never fit into a timesignature metronome of any kind, so this guy who made the video has stretched and compressed time within the wav file manually trying to make it fit the metronome, he did not get it 100% perfect, that's what you are hearing. it's only in the intro that this is an issue. When you work with something like this, you embark on many problems, you get into a dillemma where it sounds worse if you change it more, even though you want to change it more, i bet the point where he decided it was O.k, was the sweet spot.
Andy Rehfeldt is a genious, you have no clue how much work went into this, bitching about something not being 100% accurate is just stupid!!!

MegaAdeny if I may point out, Roger the drummer and Brian the guitar player have extremely good harmony voices. Roger does the really high " for meeee" note part. Only John Deacon the bass player did not sing.
Speed it up to 1.25 - not so noticable and it sounds better, too.
