The point is that even without a tune the valk still competes with jesko. Now imagine with a tune and upgrades it will probably dominate over the jesko in most races.
Good video but to make better comparesion i would recommend working on your driving skills cause many times you miss checkpoint or barelly miss it but you brake in last second to catch it

How do you know this? Top speed of the Jesko Attack has not been confirmed as far as I'm aware.
