Hi, i'm really curious about qr code working, that when i scan the qr code on my phone, it just let go to landing page so i want to know what applications do i have to use with my phone to see the live AR directly via application.
Hi, you do not need any application to view in AR. In a few words you have 2 cases: 1. your viewer is on a desktop. In this case when he/she clicks the action button a popup with a QR code opens so he/she can grab the smartphones, scan it and see it on the mobile phone. Now you are on case 2. 2. your viewer is on a smartphone. In this case when he/she clicks the action button you go to Augmented Reality mode. The flow to go to AR is detailed described in the guide. docs.myarstudio.cloud/docs/distribute/viewer/
I went to export my first Keyshot file to glb and it gave an error message precisely on the only faces I applied texture. "fatal error when unwrapping grid" What to do to fix this? Another question: what is the maximum file size that keyshot can export in this format?
Hi, when facing those issues please write us in the chat which is available on the website and in the panel: we will respond quickly. It probably depends on your model and we may have to check it.
At the moment 80MB is the maximum allowed size of the 3d model with textures. But also please check if your model is Draco compressed: this may hide model complexity.
Please check the video tutorial about material compatibility from Keyshot: ruclips.net/video/cZKLHb1aMns/видео.html&ab_channel=MyARStudio%7CAugmentedReality If that does not solve you can contact us in our livechat system

@Slato, regarding your issue with KeyShot, it's very likely a material compatibility problem. The materials you are using might rely on effects that cannot be reproduced in real-time. Please refer to this guide for more details: www.myarstudio.cloud/learn/documentation/keyshot/keyshot-materials-in-ar/ It's been a while since these comments were posted, but it's worth addressing them as these are common issues that other users might also encounter.

It won't carry my material over for polycarbonate and similar plastics, saying "non compatible model materials"
