    Loved your stitching. Praying for your friend and the surgery. I had three sinus surgeries and my deviated septum. Best advice I can give you is frozen peas, they are so good for the swelling. And they refreeze quickly.

    So good to see you again sweetheart ❤️. Your projects look amazing as always ❤️. You got a lot done. Bella’s piece looks amazing ❤️. I’m so happy she is back at school. Nobody knows our kids like we do. Sometimes we have to make hard decisions but it’s what’s best for them ❤️. I will keep your friend in my prayers. I will keep your hubby in my prayers as well as your family. I hope you have a great couple of weeks, stay safe and happy stitching always 🙏🏻❤️

    I am so proud of you for listening to Bella’s desires. (And of course I know you do.) That was so very brave of her to do. Because they do miss their friends but then they also miss the one on one time with mom. I know the adjustment is hard. We always want what is best for them.

      You made me cry! I ultimately am just trying to do what she needs and what is best for her. And after many, many tears from me and the talk with her I realized that this is what she needs

    Enjoyed seeing your progress! We are having yo-yo weather too. Wind chills in the teens now highs in the mid-seventies - feels gross. It’s winter; it SHOULD be cold! Prayers for hubs & friend & Bella back at school. For my daughter we brought her home mid-year of 4th grade, she went back to public school for 5th grade & then homeschool for 6th-12th. There is no one-way nor right or wrong - don’t let anyone tell you otherwise! You know what’s best momma. Evaluate each year or semester as it comes☺️ The old saying “the days are long but the years are short” is soooo true! Mine are both all grown & this year I didn’t have to do any homeschooling- mixed emotions 🤪 Now I’m off to look at HAED’s sale - thanks (maybe a bit of sarcasm in the ‘thanks’😂). I haven’t exactly made progress on the 2 I bought a couple years ago when you mentioned their sale😜 Happy stitching

    Enjoyed seeing the updates on your stitching - the projects are coming along nicely. Quick question - I have always done my full coverage on 18 ct with two strands but am thinking of trying some on 20 or 22 ct. Do you do one strand or two on those? I do like full cross so would probably continue that even in the higher counts.

    • @SmallTownStitches
      @SmallTownStitches  8 месяцев назад

      I personally do 1x1 on those. My Halloween night is 2x1 on 20 count and it’s really bulky. I wouldn’t do that again. In high confetti areas it gets hard to put a needle through

    Leah , nice to see you . Projects look great. Questions : you stitch diagonal where are your threads and cxc threads are they working out , do they fuzz up on project. Just wondering don't want to invest so much time on full coverage if it looks bad by time I finish. Take care ❤

    • @SmallTownStitches
