    The mountainsides all around North Idaho are dotted with Larch, Birch, and Aspen, all in blazing contrast to thousands of acres of evergreen coniferous forest. I love this time of year.

    They grow in swampy areas in rural Wisconsin. Lovely trees.

    The tamarack (eastern larch) can also be found in Maine 🌲

      Hi I'm from Bangladesh and I've seen so many news on TV that new england is best for fall foliage in the whole world. Why is it? Can you please explain!!

      @@fardinrahmanshamil9267 just the climate is wetter and colder so more color thats all and most of the east coast trees are oak and maple not pine so those change red yellow purple etc better then just yellow like west coast.
