You can still have colored eyes and still be blind. 3, Michael's legal guardians, his parents, would be called immeadiately to come to the hospital for their son. 4, Michael should've have been made to do an MRI scan because damage to eyes also might have damage to the brain as well. MRI will give a brain scan. He would've needed an x-ray as well. 5, Michael would've gotten a full physical and after seeing all those scars hospitals are required to call CPS in. Signs of abuse are serious and people on our medical front lines are required to report anything that could be life threatening to their patient to the people who can handle that situation best. 6, eyesight would not be all black. In fact: most people who are blind from damage can still see light but their eyes are so damaged now that their eyes have become so overly sensitive to light that it blinds them in white instead of black. It's often why blind people often wear blacked out sunglasses for that purpose. 7, the doctor would have made him stay overnight and if he was discharged it would be AMA(Against medical advice). 8, Michael's eyes never will fully see again.
