Hey, its my first saltwater aquarium and its been 2 month, but i got Brown alge "diatoms". I think it got alot of silica, but i bought aquaforest phosphate minus, does anyone know that it removes silica for sure? Or atleast kills the diatoms ?
Hi, is the dust harmful for any of the tank inhabitants (fish or coral)? If it is not can I just let the cloudiness go away or do you recommend still to use filter floss to capture the particles during the first days. Thanks.
You recommend 300 grams of each media at a flow of 1200l/h in your reactor. This for a system volume of how many litres? Look forward to your response.
300ml of each media is for 300l fully stock SPS tank. Dosage of filtration media depends of nutrition in aquarium. The same amount could be used in 1000L aquarium.
Excited to receive my new reactor AF110, zeomix, carbon and phosphate minus media, only to find you forgot to put the sponge and the acrylic fixture in the reactor 👎🏻 #disappointed
On video there is answer.. But it depends of your PO4 level. When it rising you need to change media. But normally in ULNS system it could be every 4 weeks.
Can i use it in a mashbag, while running the reactor with biopellets?

Dust from Phosphate Minus is not harmul for livestock. If you want to wake your water clear faster you can use floss.
Does it have to be used in a reactor or could it be used in a media mesh bag a put in sump?
media reactor is more effective than mesh bag but sure you can use our media in both ways.
May i use with biopellets in The same reactor?
We don't recommend to use biopellets in the same reactor with Phosphate Minus.
