ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, a feeling some people experience as a result of certain sights and sounds, such as whispering, folding towels and hair brushing. "It is characterised by the tingling of the skin that starts at the crown of the head and works their way down the spine and leads to increased feelings of calm and relaxation."
People are going cray for ASMR videos for their sleep-inducing, de-stressing, and mood-boosting feels. In a new study by the University of Sheffield, it claims "ASMR can have the same physiological and psychological benefits as relaxation techniques such as mindfulness."
Why is ASMR so effective?
We all know how life can sometimes feel a bit stressful, right? Well, ASMR can help us de-stress and increase the likelihood of getting a better night’s sleep (which we all want) thanks to its triggers with bonding behaviours. Although, ASMR benefits aren’t just restricted to the evening or the bedroom. It can be used any time of the day, so say you’re having a stressful day at work, you can take a small break and listen to some sounds or watch videos on RUclips to help you.

Loved that this one was indoors, I think I'm the only person in existence who for some weird reason feels anxious on hearing outdoorsy sounds! XD Personally I'm not so much into crumbling into water but I know that a lot of people love this so my opinion probably isn't reprsentative ^^; Either way your crumbling is wonderful and those cement chunks sound amazing
Yes, I want to filming the video indoor very very much as well, I got your point.
But my house is too small...whenever I do this indoor the dust will spread throughout around in my house, curtains, sofas, TVs, dining tables and on the floor. After filming the video, I have to spend a lot of time to clean the house.
However. I will try my best to filming the indoor

I didn't like water crumble but now you made me love it. Best sound and camera quality. That's what I more like it. I would like to recommend you to do more of these. No burden. Only if you want too
One of your best water crumbles as you crumbled slowly n thoroughly, added more water and u were clearing the lumps regularly. Perfect 😍 Pls make a similar one but cement+sand.

I love this, but I curious what happens when this much water is added to cement doesn't it get like super dry ? And too hard to reform again?
Yes, It cannot reuse..and it's always turn out very hard, that why I don't like making pure cement in water video😂
