Sunrise actually but I know what you mean, this was the red eye back from Jersey arriving about half 6 in the morning. Nimrod could make a dog turd seem more romantic.
Good video. I went down to Portsmouth from Walsall on an off-the-cuff day trip on the 1st Sept, just to see the carriers, knowing that they were both in port at the time. Interestingly, looking at them in your video, the Prince of Wales had turned around by the time I got there and went on the harbour tour, as they were not bow to bow, but were both pointing north. Ironically, and more disappointingly, the Prince of Wales sailed that evening, something I did not realize was happening that day. Needless to say I missed it, as had I known it was going I would have stayed down there a few more hours just to see it go.
I look at these beautiful ships and feel a real sense of British pride. It is such a shame that there is so much political failure. You should vote for the party that puts the country and its people first. Vote for the UK Independence Party.
No party ever did that. Does the Conservative Party honour Chamberlain? No, the silly public has to be appeased. And no other party will, so none of them have any claim to represent truth and justice.
Argentina with nothing put the British fleet in check in 1982. The United Kingdom had to ask the United States for help as in the First and Second World Wars... as always
"Argentina with nothing put the British fleet in check in 1982" - loses the war in 2 montsh "United Kingdom had to ask the United States for help as in the First and Second World Wars...as always" - The USA did f**k all in WW1
Nimrod and sunset, good combination.

Get a fresh coat of paint on the Bristol...it looks an absolute mess left as it is. Get some cadets over the side and show them some proper Navy life.
