Brian your resource hive looks great. So important to have them around to help other hives out. Your channel is awesome and thanks for all your kindness to help others!! Thanks for sending your subscribers to my channel. God bless you and your bees!!!
Thanks so much Rickey. . And it is no problem at all. When someone mentions Horizontal Hive, I think of your channel. Love the Beekeeping community on here. Great folks. Have a great rest of the week and weekend my friend.
I think you have the strongest flow on you tube, I am not sure if it's as good as Louisiana but it's definitely very, very good there! I notice it every year!
Those double nucs fill honey supers fast. They draw comb fast as well. But you gotta stay on top of them and basically continously pull brood or else they will swarm out quickly.
Hey Brian, I just picked up one of those catchers. I love it but do you find that the foam doesn't go up far enough to hold the queen? Enjoyed the live last night btw....you're a natural 😉😁
Mine wasn't moving up that good and i had to pull it apart and clean it, now it slides all over too much. Go figure. And thanks, i like lives and chatting.

*Awesome man! Doing great! LOVE the HONEY frames :)*
Oh yeah. . I'll check on the this weekend and will probably pull the capped frames.
It’s awesome seeing the process of making that honey! The quality of this vid is great! Keep it up man
Thanks a bunch! And I agree, seeing that honey is awesome.
The green side of that hive was slamming!
Oh yeah. That side is booming.

Our weather has been great. Plenty of sun, then a day here and there rain, just enough to keep the flow going.

That is exactly what I've learned. Running them requires constant attention.
Cool stuff🤔when releasing the queen back into the hive is the a chance she could fly off
Heh, funny you say that. I've had it happen twice.
@@CastleHives that don't sound funny 😳
@@ILKnierim All you can do when they fly is say "Goodbye money" and order another.
@@CastleHives I definitely won't be buying any I had a nice swarm in the Treetops in front of the house a few weeks ago
@@ILKnierim Nice. My goal is to not buy anymore either.

I think you need to transfer the last hives you looked at and move them to 10 frame boxes once that brood hatches they are going to explode
Yeah. I have to decide what road I'm going down. I have to boxes so will probably split that hive up like you said.
Yo! 🐝
Wazzup yo. .
