I don't think there is an Xbox community anymore ever since the latter years of Xbox one..I think most Xbox players moved to PC of PlayStation 7 years ago. Think about it.. you're an Xbox fan. Next halo game coming to PC day 1. You have Xbox gamepass on PC! Let's say your PC is not even that powerful, well you can stream the damn game, or let's say you have a solid rig 3060 or 3070.. that's more that enough for 1440p gaming at high settings. I've seen Forza horizon 5 running on my brothers rig on a 3090 at native 4k + extra mods he added at above 100 fps. What's the point of buying an Xbox? Heck, if all PS5 exclusive start coming out day one on PC, PlayStation is going to lose 70% of it's costumers day 1. But I explained in the video why that's not gonna happen. Given all that, I think PS5 just became a lot more valuable with all Xbox games confirmed to come on PS5. It's really the best place to be a gamer now .. PS5 exclusives and Xbox exclusives and on PS5 pro it's really like having a high end PC, anybody that denies that ..I'm like.. whatever ..I'm not playing that game anymore.. I have 100 videos proving that.
Never finished it .. I don't like the art direction, even on PS5, something is extremely off with the lighting system or my eyesight is bad or my tv is broken, but I don't encounter this problem in other games. Basically it's too dark, and If I turn up the brightness it's too overexposed. And it's self adjusting itself constantly. You're in the shade brightness goes up.. you're in between ? Well, you can't see sheet.
As an adult, I can admit that the console war is childish. I'm a PS man but I love XBOX and am ecstatic that they're bringing their games to PS. Huge W Microsoft... thank you

The funny things is thinking that when you buy a game you own it. Of you take the time to read the fine print you fall victim to to the fact that you don't if it's an online game. It can be shutdown at anytime etc you can be banned etc. Subbing means a family on a lower income can have access to multiple games at once, day one releases. Without having to worry. By the time it gets pulled from game pass it's normally really cheap on sale or second hand etc. Meanwhile u still have access to evey other game that's on there and so do all my kids

I own a PS5 and have been gaming since the 80s. Bought the PS1 when it first dropped... that said, Sony sucks now a days. If I could go back, I would've never bought the PS5 since I literally NEVER use it. I game primarily on my gaming PC and my Steam Deck. Sony is woke, greedy trash now.

I can't understand Sony is a crummy corp now but gamers want Spiderman and Final Fantasy Games/JPRG in general which Xbox lacks.

I have all 3 ps5, xbox and pc. But we are almost at an end when it comes to owning a physical game. Even when you do buy your physical game it's only so you can download the game like the digital owners do. My guess by the next gen we will no longer get physical games and we will all be getting our games digital sadly. It's the world we live in.

As a Ps5 Pro owner and a Xbox owner from the beginning until the Xbox One release killed my loyalty, I would love it if both platforms released their games on the system. No one wins when Sony is the market leader especially the gamers proven by the fact that I bought a PS5 Pro stand on Temu.
LOL, just what I need. A new system to play all my old games. I already bought a PS5 to play all my PS4 games on. Still waiting for a decent game to come out for PS5. Hollywood costs more to produce a movie. Multi milion actors, thousands of crews employed, caterings, accomdations, international locations, equipments, millions in marketing costs and yet cinmea prices are still lower than the costs of games. We of course know they sell the movies to movie houses but we dont see cinemas and hollywood crying over costs. TL:DR the gaming industry is fooling everyone that they are losing money and they need to sell DLCs and monetise everything. The fact they can and happy to spend hundreds of millions in triple A games tells us that they are making so much money from previous games. Now, gamers are feeling the effect of this nickle and diming for absolutely no reason apart from publishers greed! Note, why the gaming industry is more profitable than hollywood and yet we dont hear them crying.
It’s ridiculous to compare the two being that they don’t have the same budgets on average. Game studios are under constant pressure from the gaming community to upgrade….the last upgrade movie studios made was probably CGI and look how long ago that was. Can’t constantly pressure these studios for better graphics and new types of gameplay etc and think that you’re not going to eventually have to pay for it.

I have been a gamer since tabletop games in bars when my mom would take me. Playing pong in Pac-Man and Keno. My first real love in this world is Final Fantasy on Nintendo. I've owned most of the consoles. I have been a die-hard PlayStation fan since PlayStation began. And will continue to be so.

I call it bullshit. The only reason Gen Z e alpha don't desire a console anymore is because gaming is prohibitively expensive now. Why? Can you explain your point? All those "exclusives" come out on PC anyway, and then they make a "remaster" for people to buy it again a few years later.
Because hardware have in very specific physical features and developers that make games tailored towards those features will be able to get the most out of that hardware. A simple example would be the touchpad on the ps4 controller, if a game made heavy use of that then that game would not be portable. Now think about the Wii or the Switch, games that make full use of those consoles can never be cross-platform.
I like both and have both. I play ps5 on my console, and Xbox on my 16 pro max. I have both monthly subscription and would like to have all games on one device.
Too many personal questions, but my voice is my voice, somedays I'm more energized, others I'm more tired, I don't have the best space for recording so I use apps to remove background noises. And my editing rig messes with the audio as well. I'm saving up money for better equipment though.
You are all reading way too much into this. He is primarily referring to Xbox becoming a cross-platform machine, and not every game coming to PS. Sure, MS will have more games on PS but it will be far from all. And Sony will have to sooner or later act in kind especially as their net realization declines and games costs increase more and more, while attachment numbers decline for the console with its first-party games. Out of the two, Sony is the one that needs to find growth now and not be stuck in what best is a static market and relying less than before. The PS5 is not going to even meet last gen numbers. Meanwhile music has surpassed gaming as the net generator and has strong growth potential. It is where Sony actually spending most of those billions they set aside for acquisition and partnerships, not gaming. As for MS the company is playing a longer gaming over the immediate importance of driving net growth immediately. It also part of other plans to expand the content they own. I would also like to point out more games (not all but more) being multi-plat (especially on a competing platform) also gives MS a strong backwind when it comes to making another big buy. With a more open strategy to a growing amount of their content what can others like Sony argue against? Whereas Sony's solely exclusive model currently leaves it less likely to get anything of substance through regulators at this point. This is especially true in markets where Sony dominates in monopoly numbers. Remember it was Sony that carved out the market (high-end consoles) that only contains PS and Xbox as competitors as they tried to argue the damage a COD be held back from PS would cause. Not thinking that it also means that Sony had a monopoly of said market with over 70% of that high-end console market.

His new studio is called absurd ventures, that studio among many other upstarts from promising ex devs and leads from well known AAA studios, are worth paying attention to. Same goes for cdpr. All the real talent that was part of witcher 3 have left. Some of those devs have started a studio named "Blank" who make it clear they left over the politics infesting cdpr and that a happy team is most important to them. Another studio from ex cdpr devs like lead quest designers, lead writers, lead directors have formed the new studio named "rebel wolves" and they are making a game called Dawnwalker. Erich is almost certainly a vampire rpg. Anybody left from the witcher 3 team that didn't join those studios went to work for warhorse studios, the guys making kingdom come deliverance 2. So yeah, these big AAA names are really not where the future is at. They aren't gonna be what people expect them to be. Woke stuff aside, none of the current day AAA studios has the senior talent enough to make the games we loved them for. It's majority new hires. Fresh devs. Ticking dei box's rather than focusing on merit. This is why cyberpunk was so broken on launch and that studio has only lost more devs since then. Industry wide the big studios are using freelance devs to make their games actually work. So play the wait and see game if you like, but hopes should be tempered in reality. Cdpr and rockstar aren't the studios y'all grew up with. They aren't who we remember.

As an adult i started playing Playstation in the late 90 early 00 and have been hooked ever since i heard that sony may reenter the handheld system market and i hope that if the new handheld system is true that we can do the same things as the psp and ps vita wether it is called the ps vita 2 or psp 3 idc i just want to be able to take my pictures and music on the go and play games like monster hunter world on the go
Hollywood costs more to produce a movie. Multi milion actors, thousands of crews employed, caterings, accomdations, international locations, equipments, millions in marketing costs and yet cinmea prices are still lower than the costs of games. We of course know they sell the movies to movie houses but we dont see cinemas and hollywood crying over costs. TL:DR the gaming industry is fooling everyone that they are losing money and they need to sell DLCs and monetise everything. The fact they can and happy to spend hundreds of millions in triple A games tells us that they are making so much money from previous games. Now, gamers are feeling the effect of this nickle and diming for absolutely no reason apart from publishers greed! Note, why the gaming industry is more profitable than hollywood and yet we dont hear them crying.
It’s ridiculous to compare the two being that they don’t have the same budgets on average. Game studios are under constant pressure from the gaming community to upgrade….the last upgrade movie studios made was probably CGI and look how long ago that was. Can’t constantly pressure these studios for better graphics and new types of gameplay etc and think that you’re not going to eventually have to pay for it.

Multiplatform software will never be as good as software targeted specifically for a single platform.
Why? Can you explain your point? All those "exclusives" come out on PC anyway, and then they make a "remaster" for people to buy it again a few years later.

Because hardware have in very specific physical features and developers that make games tailored towards those features will be able to get the most out of that hardware. A simple example would be the touchpad on the ps4 controller, if a game made heavy use of that then that game would not be portable. Now think about the Wii or the Switch, games that make full use of those consoles can never be cross-platform.

You are all reading way too much into this. He is primarily referring to Xbox becoming a cross-platform machine, and not every game coming to PS. Sure, MS will have more games on PS but it will be far from all. And Sony will have to sooner or later act in kind especially as their net realization declines and games costs increase more and more, while attachment numbers decline for the console with its first-party games. Out of the two, Sony is the one that needs to find growth now and not be stuck in what best is a static market and relying less than before. The PS5 is not going to even meet last gen numbers. Meanwhile music has surpassed gaming as the net generator and has strong growth potential. It is where Sony actually spending most of those billions they set aside for acquisition and partnerships, not gaming. As for MS the company is playing a longer gaming over the immediate importance of driving net growth immediately. It also part of other plans to expand the content they own.
I would also like to point out more games (not all but more) being multi-plat (especially on a competing platform) also gives MS a strong backwind when it comes to making another big buy. With a more open strategy to a growing amount of their content what can others like Sony argue against? Whereas Sony's solely exclusive model currently leaves it less likely to get anything of substance through regulators at this point. This is especially true in markets where Sony dominates in monopoly numbers. Remember it was Sony that carved out the market (high-end consoles) that only contains PS and Xbox as competitors as they tried to argue the damage a COD be held back from PS would cause. Not thinking that it also means that Sony had a monopoly of said market with over 70% of that high-end console market.

If you want the same feelling and attitude of the gta's and red dead games, just follow Dan houser, the guy who founded rockstar and has left the studio right at the time the company started forcing the devs at that studio to take unconscious bias courses. He's doing his own studio now, took s bunch of the talent that he worked with, and has been scooping up talented devs in the industry. His new studio is called absurd ventures, that studio among many other upstarts from promising ex devs and leads from well known AAA studios, are worth paying attention to. Same goes for cdpr. All the real talent that was part of witcher 3 have left. Some of those devs have started a studio named "Blank" who make it clear they left over the politics infesting cdpr and that a happy team is most important to them. Another studio from ex cdpr devs like lead quest designers, lead writers, lead directors have formed the new studio named "rebel wolves" and they are making a game called Dawnwalker. Erich is almost certainly a vampire rpg. Anybody left from the witcher 3 team that didn't join those studios went to work for warhorse studios, the guys making kingdom come deliverance 2.
So yeah, these big AAA names are really not where the future is at. They aren't gonna be what people expect them to be. Woke stuff aside, none of the current day AAA studios has the senior talent enough to make the games we loved them for. It's majority new hires. Fresh devs. Ticking dei box's rather than focusing on merit. This is why cyberpunk was so broken on launch and that studio has only lost more devs since then. Industry wide the big studios are using freelance devs to make their games actually work. So play the wait and see game if you like, but hopes should be tempered in reality. Cdpr and rockstar aren't the studios y'all grew up with. They aren't who we remember.
