When I saw that, I thought those Russian Police Officers should have had more understanding of how the human mind works. They have laws and procedures for how those situations should be handled, yet they chose to react with animal instincts. Well, that is what you achieve! And even a Christian priest gave his blessing to what Putin has done in Ukraine, so it's clear that where there are deficiencies in civil and religious laws, that is the inevitable outcome. I worry that the US could be heading in the same direction.
