I literally woke up to this on YT and binged all the episodes today. I feel like leighton and alicia r getting ripped off compared to all the other girls relationships. THEY NEED MORE SCREENTIME. also I’m completely invested in the show now.
i feel like they wouldnt have much to show because leighton is so closted they most likely only really spent time together in that one room. but i agree i would like more screentime hopefully more in season 2
Bet 5$ the writers gonna ruin it by having Alicia out Leighton or some shit like that... God forbid they let us have a healthy queer relationship. Also despite the fact that i love them and i do genuinely like the show, it was really shady that we saw almost every heterosexual sex scene, but when it came to our queer ladies they were like "fade to black... and now they've got clothes on".
Right? The hets got full nudity and the wlw were hangin out like they just learned how to kiss. You'd think HBO of all network would be a bit more forward.

I hate this kind of censorship, they create a huge expectation in the couple and at the time of sex they ruin everything, this happened with the couple Juliantina (from Amar a muerte), there are sex scenes of heterosexual couples where it is almost explicit (even with their ex -boyfriends), but when the time comes, they just show up kissing in their clothes in the shower and the next scene is the two girls waking up the next day.
@@hanimachan5331 But Juliantina was the first big wlw couple on a soup opera in Mexico, of cource they wouldn't show more than kissing since it's a conservative country. In Leighton and Alicia's case the writters have no excuse to not show more intimicy
@@hanimachan5331 Obviously drama is gonna be there but I hope nothing that damages their relationship forever like cheating or something like that. Then it's just gonna ruin the vibe of their relationship and even if they get back together it's not gonna be the same.

I finished this like 3 weeks ago and I´m so in love with Leighton. Her face expressions kill me hahahahha. Their chemistry is really amazing, 100% recommended. Renee is such a great actress fr
