    sir, here, while calculating opening capital why are we not considering IOD and IOC?

      Because ioc and iod have not been valued yet. They aren't included in opening capital. They are adjusted when they are included in opening capital from the beginning

      And talking about IOD, the question states that "after taking into account drawings and net profit of ₹ 5,00,000."
      Means the closing capital is calculated without considering IOD.
      So, while calculating the opening capital we also would not consider IOD.
