Wow, a really nice finished guitar for the price of a cheap unfinished DIY kit! It rings well and long, always a good sign, imao. (Thx for that❣️) I kinda like the shape of the headstock. A very rockin‘ melodic jam, Dan; always a pleasure to listen to your improvisation ❤️ Your videos are a fix point in the middle of the week, worth waiting for 😍

Hello Fellas, That is a mighty fine looking guitar and the price sweetens it up even more. A 100 bucks! Dang, that's awesome. I payed $50 to my cousin (and got robbed, btw) for my first Kay Special and a crappy plastic amp back in '79. That guitar was a disaster with strings. This one, though, has a very nice, rich and deep (dark) tone, especially in the neck and middle pick ups. As for the neck wood; here in Florida, we're not allowed to talk about that kind of stuff by order of the state gov't. Dan's playing is nothing short of inspirational and the track he played against was no exception. Thanks for the great videography Leo. The two of you make my morning at least once a week

brilliant review as usual guys🤘 Your budget guitar reviews are a god send for us working class guys who are not rich enough to throw £/$1000's of dollars into each guitar, but can still buy good lower priced models, be proud of owning them and be able to expand our stable..thanks for that 😁 just wondering what is the white mark moving from the 9th fret to the 14th fret is?, on the G,B,E strings, anyway that guitar sounds excellent, beautiful deep and rich tone imo 👍

Well pardner, truthfully I don't really care about myself, it's you subscribers that watch our videos and then go to purchase one and it's gone up 300% in price. It really makes me feel terrible that I got people's hopes up.
It's not Washburn, it started out with Washburn, and a third party seller purchased all the guitars from Amazon.com, and without moving them at all, they raise the price %300, and have Washburn drop ship to their customers.
I'm just now getting to watch this, and got excited about the price... I went to Amazon, and BOTH black and this are available... BUT, $269 now!!!! More than 2x what you paid, so... I'll be waiting to see if it fluctuates like IYV and Donner. I like the Washburn SG that I got in July, so...

I was looking at one of these used for 135 but they want 100bux to ship. Can buy a new one for a few more bucks and it ships free. I may send them an offer.

Beautiful body on that guitar! I'd love to have that body. I could really do something with it. Not crazy about the neck over-all... but the head-stock is a deal killer for me. That thing is hideous. Got that Monoprice headstock on it. Awful! LOL But the body looks phenomenal. Love that. And of course.. in Dano's capable hands.... it might as well be a Fender Custom. LOL Great vid, Fellas !

I'm not certain it was Washburn, but they definitely stole the design from someone. I think it's a bit too pronounced, but I don't like the Affinity Stratocaster headstocks either. Too big. In any case, it doesn't effect the sound of the guitar 😎👍!
not many places where you can get an honest review leo & dan do not get these guitars for free like a lot of reviewers on utube they buy them with their own money and you get an honest review i bought a couple of guitars after looking at reviews on utube that were crap thats what you get when people get the guitars for free
