I love these old "Britcoms!" Are You Being Served, Fawlty Towers, 'Allo 'Allo, One Foot in the Grave, Dad's Army, Black Adder, Keeping Up Appearances" and others.
this is one of the most Hilarious episodes. along with the one where they do a commercial for an after hours club, the Apartment, and a few others thanks for posting! 😀👍
In the first episode, the newspaper which Mr Mash shows here at 8:45 is dated Friday 2nd March 1973, a real headline. This episode aired one month later on Friday 4th April 1973.
I have loved this show for many years and are all wonderful but 2:43:13 customer is the best of all time and my most favorite. She truly was the best customer at grace brothers.
Why must everyone think that these vintage shows must be stretched to fit the screen?I like them in their original form. Where everybody looks normal size.I hate when they stretch the shows makes them unwatchable for me

All made by the BBC here in Britain. ITV did make a load of sitcoms too, just not as many high quality ones
Yes, I love them also. Would love to watch while episodes of 'Allo Allo'.

Why cut off the top and bottom of the picture?
It is to stretch the old 4:3 format into widescreen, and it is also to help with copyright
@johnking5174
Thanks for educating me.
My objection is the show not being shown as it was when created and contrary to the intention of the creators.

It is part of copyright too. Helps them to keep these videos up without being struck by BBC Studios
Too many commercials for me.
And?
What do you mean commercials?
What commercials ? None for me I pay not to have adverts
How you thing channels make money? You must never been monetized buddy.
Yeah right put some episodes up then some stupid shit and then repeat the lot all over again thats a way to fill 3 hours
Some people are not happy unless they are bitching about something
