This channel is amazing. It seems that they have products to help elevate any dish. I often share it with friends and other cooks and would encourage others to do the same.
What a great machine. Love the attachments and the versatility. With so many things in our kitchen, machines really need to have more than one function! Would love to see more recipe ideas with this!!! ❤
Hi. Thanks for the great video. Do you think running the whipping blade for greek yogurt would aerate it whilst maintaining its thickness? Any tips for a better result? Minimum and maximum volume to pacotize?
Hm... we haven't tried. I would say it's possible, but since the Creami is not intended for high use or commercial kitchens a good through hand wash should also suffice.
They are designed for heavy-duty commercial use. Many people have them for home use. The practicality depends on how and how much you plan to use it. Of course, price is also a consideration that needs to be factored into your personal utility.

Absolutely!
As if ice-cream wasn't already enough. That thing is amazing.
Thanks for demonstrating some of the new capabilities! It was very helpful to see what else it could do besides frozen foods.
Thanks for watching!

It wouldn't be the same thickness if it's aerated since the aeration will by nature change the texture.
Could you use the tabs that are developed for cleaning the paco jet to clean a creami?

Why does it come only with one beaker if it’s for commercial purposes should be at least 20 beakers🤔
You can buy as many beakers as you want, and most commercial users do.
Aspiring to get a Pacojet some day! Are these practical for home use or are they used primarily in commercial settings?

Can any of these recipes be adapted for a regular Pacojet, without the additional Coupe Set?
A coupe set is available for the PacoJet 2+. But they cannot be used with a PacoJet 1 or PacoJet Jr.
Can i run the pacojet under a vacuumb to get a THICK icecream?
Not sure how you would get it under a vacuum
@Modernist_Pantry make a vacuum chamber bigger than the pacojet
Does the paco jet work with hot food of any kind?
It's not really meant for it.
ok, thanks

Also thank you for the gifts of the GF Flour, the chocolate flavoring and the allulose, it is much appreciated!
The new machine looks great! Do you have any plans to release a less commercial, more affordable version for the home cook?
No. There was a scaled down version called the PacoJet Jr., which was less expensive. It was discontinued.
