At this current time (August 2023), the T4K app found in the MS Store is still outdated (not sure why Gamesir won't update it there). The updated, working app can be found on their website under the Software menu. The app is currently at v0.1.6, and the latest controller firmware is v1.3.3.
Nice reviews, thank you it was useful, btw i am a bit worried about the build quality of the transparent plastic, is it sturdy or it's like cheap plastic? 'cause i was searching for a durable controller, but the plastic that might brake scarse me a bit off tbh
My gamesir t4 kailed controller has had a problem with the RB since it arrived, it keeps clicking non-stop if I hold the RB, do you know if it's a defect or is there a way to adjust this in the software?
Sad the extra buttons and gyro can't be their own controls but only mapped to standard buttons/sticks. I know the xbox elite is also that way. Is there no gamepad that can do this? (on pc)
You can absolutely map your micros and macros onto the extra buttons. What are you talking about. On one of my back buttons I have a slide plus jump action all with one click. Is that what you mean? You can also map multiple actions with just one click. This is what you mean ? Than yes you can do that. And no software required or app. It's built in to the gamepad which is what I like about it. All you do is press and hold the center button towards the bottom while clicking which button you want to map. After choosing the button you want your macro to be assigned to, you then press which actions you want. For example if you want your button to do a Y +X + A action, you click those buttons, than you click the bottom center button again to enter it in. Then boom.
@@ChaoticMuchX ok, didn't think of macros when I wrote that. What I am hoping for is having the additional buttons be someting additional. That they're exposed as their own buttons to a game so that i can map something entirely different on it. Take Rocket League as an example. It has more actions than you have buttons. Ex roll left and roll right: players will usually only map one. I would like to map both. I somehow did not see @bullyakker's post. maybe with D input this works. What would also work is if a button could be mapped to a keyboard key. Note my post is 4 months old, I have certainly gone off what the video said (or i have tried to look it up). I do not own this gamepad, I'm just looking for a new gamepad (to replace my xbox gamepad on pc).
I copped one of these but can’t seem to get the headphone jack to work. I’m on PC Windows 10. I tried different modes and was able to get it to work on PlayStation mode. It says it works with PC but not in “ Xinput” mode. Isn’t that the only mode that works with PC? I’m all confused. Anybody else get the headphone jack working with their PC? If so what mode? I’m playing games off Steam.
In the software on windows, they let you know that if you’re gonna be over, clocking it to 1000 Hz that the audio jack will not work so when it’s at 250hz it will though so either turn it down or just plug the audio in the pc motherboard 👍🏾
How does it feel in rocket league vs say ps or Xbox controller? Like on the left stick? It’s the main game I play. Xbox controllers get stick drift bad on RL in my experience.
I wont be. Ive already bricked one of my Switches due to plugging it into a 3rd party dock. Only reason I use date S+C one was due to the communication I had with them. Cant risk it
@@hinrei1986 Gulikit uses older hall sticks and has more lag 12ms vs 3. Reason most are wired is because Microsoft wont share their secure wireless protocol not cost.
Does anyone know if it works with games from Microsoft store, specifically halo infinite? I am asking because the dualsense controller does not work with halo infinite if you have downloaded it from the microsoft store, it only works with steam. Also does it work in ds4windows?
T4 Kaleid and all xbox controllers use xinput, so it doesn't need programs like ds4 as it will work on 99% of games out of the box. The 1% of games are really old or don't support xbox controllers period.
Drift proof mechanism is nice and all but the actual thumbsticks will most likely wear off pretty fast and you can't replace them which is why i'm not buying any of these controllers.

hello. the only available on my microsoft store is the gamesirnexux. not the t4k app. also not on website
Is the vibration strong? I have T3S and T4 Pro, T4 Pro vibration is strong but T3S is pretty weak. Thanks for the video.
Awesome review man. Cheers!

These are absolutely Durable as hell. Same durability as a Xbox controller

Im not a huge rocket league player (thats no me in the footage, its my son) but I cant see you having any issues, this has been rock solid for me.

Can use Brook Wingman (for PS4) and use these on PS4?
It's weird that Gamesir didn't provide a wireless version.
So it's cheaper
I believe the 1000hz also requires it being wired..

I wish they had added trigger stoppers, the hair trigger is not enough.
One question, can this model be connected to android as a wireless xbox control such as the t4 pro
It’s a wired controller so needs usb input
its wired but u can use an adapter

You can change them...
Where'd you come up with that false info?
Bro you probably won’t need to ever change your controller again
