Grits are made with whole dried white corn kernels ( less sweet, starchy varieties). They are creamy and are cooked in warm, salted water or milk. Grits are a porridge that is eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Americans who are from the southern states love grits.

Love New York did the marathon back in 2008 came aboot 400th in 2 hours 50 and can vouch for birdland as a great venue !!
