Thanks for a good demo. It seems you didn't use any special mic to record the sound, but the camera one... which is what I like, as it really gives me the impression of what to expect from the sound of it...
That amp is so portable that you can take it to a remote corner of the wilderness and use that metal setting to play all of your old Creed favorites in secret.
I got one about 3 weeks ago and it is killer. I travel for work and this thing drops right into my backpack and I’m off. I was using the boss katana air for traveling but had to make comprises for it to fit into my pack. Not to mention I love the rechargeable battery in it.
"Mom, who is that guy playing guitar in the park ? " "Don't look at him, he's probably a weirdo ." Award for fearlessness . You know the kids think its crap if it isn't the most expensive anything .
Great review and playing. Tempted to get one of these for my day job office;) I have a Katana Mini sitting on my desk, pretty great little practice amp as well. But this one has some extra features that seem very cool...
@@RichBischoff I was really introduced to DMB when I was a little kid at a summer music camp in New Mexico. The overall musicianship of the members is what I love most about them. Absolute pros on their instruments just writing what pleases them and having fun on stage. They do some cool rhythmic change ups, but Dave has to get credit for finding parts that are outside the box for guitar players but still fit in the mix of who he's playing with.
The greatest small channel out there. Where is the 100k subs? You're the best! Maybe another brother cameo or jam? You always have me buying stuff. I have a Boss head cause of you
Hey Rich, nice review. I know I’ve seen your video for the katana air, positive grid spark and this. Also I believe you’ve had the Yamaha thr at one point. Taking price out of the equation what’s the best for raw tones? Any chance of a desktop amp shootout in the future? Cheers
Katana Air probably, Spark close second. I only own this one and the spark though, so probably no shoot out vid. The sparks amazingly versatile, but I think Katana Air wins for tone.
Why would you go headphone out into the daw. The USB cable goes directly in. Is one way better than the other. If you look in the USB settings in the app you can set parameters there. Garage band on my Ipad saw the Mighty air straight away through USB cable.

The only one who saw me was some guy sitting in his work issued car who appeared to be avoiding work or sleeping.

Rich played Dave Matthews. Yes. Thank you, Rich! Dave is deserving of some respect.
I was in college when DMB was hitting it big. My college band played a few of their songs.

Good job !! Been looking at these sweet little things
Как ни странно, но именно из-за этого ролика я себе такой куплю))
Is it better than the Blackstar fly 3. ??

@@RichBischoff Thanks, I appreciate it.
Is it loud enough when a clean sound is dialled in and what's it like when you're just listening to music rather than practicing?

Running it the though a mic preamp/di with tubes to warm it up before it hits my daw.
Hello! Can it be used while charging or only on battery?
Yeah you can use it with the charger plugged in.
@@RichBischoff thank you! Just ordered this unit though.
So is this thing 4 watts? It’s confusing the way they describe it on paper. It’s 4watts x2. So 8 watts?? Lol
The most convenient amp but the most uncomfortable stance.
What a pathetic sounding guitar.
No doubt! It's to bad this guy playing it cant make it sound any good, especially through a cheap wireless practice amp in a park...
