Routine set karnay kay liye its very important kay aap aik dum 12 bajay uthnay ki bajaye 9 bajay na uthain. Balkay 1st day you start it with 11.30 than other day 11 than 10.30 than etc aur sonay ki routine main bhi half an hour kam karain.
Toa is tarah aisay thakawat nahi jo gi jaisay anya was tired today.

Uff we have same issue in our relationship my husband wakes up 6 or 7 am even if he is starting work late but my brain doesn’t work if I wake up that early I like to leave the bed around 10 ideally. We live in London I think it’s to do with the chilly weather that I don’t want to leave bed early. We always argue on this topic been married for 11 years Ma sha aallah still not sorted 😏🥹
