    • @theobliviousinvestor6722
      @theobliviousinvestor6722 9 месяцев назад +19

I've heard the same, he's on the Brady list, basically its usually from high profile cases where they lie on police reports (usually multiple incidents, not just one) or in court and there is video evidence that clearly indicates lying. I heard in his case he falsified overtime or hours worked and got caught. Hence why he is probably stuck doing traffic stops for the remainder of his career, since he can't be counted on to testify in court on a criminal case. Given his career/future prospects, that's probably why he acts like he does. Imagine doing a job where you know you will never advance in your career.

@@theobliviousinvestor6722 Yet, if (and that's a BIG "if") he's on a Brady List, his sworn statements on a traffic citation can also be challenged as presumptively false in traffic court, and pretty much all of his tickets will get thrown out just by showing up and questioning the officer's truthfulness.

Two things. 1) Frank didn’t fail to deescalate the situation with the first driver. He failed by being the one to escalate things in the first place, and continuously thereafter. 2) Frank deserves no kudos for letting the guy poke his head in the car to look at the radar. He let the guy see the radar, only in an attempt to embarrass him for the cameras. I’m also sure he figured it would put on a better show if the guy got out and walked all the way back to the cop car, just to be shown up and have to walk back. That this is the chosen face of the department says a lot, none of it good.

in AZ, (where Pinal County is located) officers do not have to tell you why they have stopped you. This could be to allow them to fish. The officer may pull you over for an "inoperable" tail light, as a reason to get your ID and search for warrants and if you come back without warrants the officer will just give you a "warning". If the officer told you it was for a tail light, you can demonstrate that it is operable and the reason for the stop is no longer valid.

The 10 freeway that runs thru Pinal county is the Cartel highway and they frequently deal with Cartel members and military grade firepower . Asking for you DL quickly is a way to know who you are if you decide to run . As for the speeders he always pulls people over for felony speeding violations but I have only seen him arrest one person . As for the videos they are of course edited down and you never see the entire stop and they are produced by the Sheriff as a way to let people know do not speed thru Pinal county because yes if you are 10 over the speed limit you will get a ticket just ask any trucker who travels the 10 freeway they will always say the same thing DO NOT SPEED IN PINAL !

Most cops don't defuse situations and Frank is a perfect example of one who got into that line of work because he's a bully and likes pushing people around. You can see it IMMEDIATELY in that first clip. He gets off on it and a person like that has no business being a cop.
It is my genuine hope that in whatever life I have left to live I don't ever need to talk to another cop because, in my experience, they're brittle, power-obsessed bullies who do NOT have your best interest at heart. I know this isn't all cops. I know there are some amazing people in law enforcment. First, the idea that, if the officer would just give in to the driver's requests, everything would go smoothly, presumes waaaay too much on the behavior of random drivers/random members of the public. Answering that first question leaves a LOT of room for a demand for a license to be produced to be ignored as the driver tries to argue against the reason for the stop. Bottom line: First things first, as determined by the officer.
Second, it IS the officer's job(one aspect of it) to maintain control of the stop, and courts tend to side (and have for quite a while) with officers, giving them the authority in almost all (if not all) encounters with citizenry.

Based on the wording of the 4th Amendment, cops absolutely should state the reason they are detaining someone before demanding ID, so We the People know if the stop is lawful. Too many times, cops ask "where are you heading?" without stating the reason for the stop, so that question alone could cause the driver to question if they have been pulled over unlawfully. Frank gives off vibes he pulls people over for giggles and ratings, and neither of those are lawful or constitutional.

Hey Mr Flusche! I think I watched a video of another attorney reviewing the new California law. I have not looked into it myself, but I believe the wording suggests that the law enforcement officer is supposed to tell you why they stopped you prior to any questioning. This leaves room for them to just never question you, and instead order you to see your documents since they are not questioning you. Not only that, but we aren't sure whether or not it will even be enforced. I do hope though, that it helps make confrontations between citizens and police better.

Most laws are written to give the cop more wiggle room than if they were at a twerking competition. The law is laughable.

Frank pulled me over. I was speeding. I did not ask him why I was pulled over as....I was speeding. I was respectful, had lic/reg in hand when he got to car. He wrote ticket for just below what might have been reckless op 'criminal' and could have used discretion in either direction as was on the line. He was droll/sarcastic with me (no film crew that day) as I was in car with a top speed 2X the speed he got me at.....we joked a bit, he wrote ticket and I moved on. Had no issues with his attitude, better than fake friendly imo.

The road sign thing bothers me. Officer Frank has absolutely no proof that the road sign is stolen. I myself have a road sign that was custom made for me by a private company to commemorate one of my sports hero's. It looks like a real road sign but isn't and I didn't steal it. So how does Frank know otherwise?

Deputy Frank recorded himself being an A$$. Its to bad the driver didn't put his arms out and insist on being arrested. I'd love to see Andrew get hold of this guy in court with this video as proof. The cop would have a lot of explaining to do and maybe a lawsuit for damages.

More accurately, his film crew recorded him being an ass. He can't arrest anyone because they wouldn't have anywhere to sit in the squad car.

@tontoepstein6860 Wow!!! Another bootlicker... He has multiple Brady violations for lying on reports and lying in court proceedings... If you want more information, look him up on the Brady List... It's all there... You do know what "tonto" means in Spanish, don't you??? Well, it suits you...

This one cop has dramatically changed policing in that area and it’s spreading around the country, there’s a reason why so many people are tuning in, and probably all of them drive cars and get pulled over by police officers.
When is it ever happened, where people are actually stopping and asking to get photographs with police officer?
Tell me when you’ve ever heard of someone actually getting a ticket from a cop and then asking him to pose with them after the ticket?
This guys remarkably changing policing , he’s got a no nonsense style, and it’s actually quite refreshing when you listen to watch other videos where are police officers put up with an incredible amount of nonsense, he’s very frank. He’s very to the point he’s very effective, and there’s a reason why people watch his videos

Shows like this shows like Friday with Frank well there's no other way to say it it's propaganda they're spreading false police Behavior. Here's the biggest problem there's civil servants and they're supposed to be serving us and I know they're there because somebody made a ticket😢 Frank should not be a police officer😂😂

Deputy Frank is mouthy, wise-ass, smart aleck, know it all, wannabe who is just up for browbeating the subjects he deals with. I lived in Pinal County for a few months almost 20 yrs ago. I did get pulled over once but he let me go with a warning to get my plates updated to AZ.

Thank you for doing this. I am a former cop and this guy is so condescending it is ridiculous. Frank is also on the brady list so he cannot testify in court. Why the dept. chose this guy to follow around with a camera is a mystery. Also, on the channel, the comments are turned off. I wonder why...

The fact the Brady List is a list of active law enforcement officers shows one of the many things that is wrong with the profession. It'd be like a list of school teachers on the registry.
