Visiting Salisbury Cathedral

This week I visited Salisbury Cathedral, it is a truly remarkable building. It is much more than a historical monument, it is a living church and a place of prayer with daily services and a thriving congregation. Because of its extraordinary construction, size and setting this Cathedral attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors a year.
I took a walk to the Cathedral on a rainy day to see what I would find there. Here is a short video of my trip, and my reflections on my visit. I hope you like it

Thanks Paul, it is a magnificent building - they started construction in 1220 which is a little mind blowing. Amazing it is still standing.
