We see women preaching throughout the new testament. The women at the well preached that Christ was alive and in their midst. The upper room had both men and women preaching tje good things of God. Paul was dealing with specific cases in those churches and not giving a command from God.

For years, it's baffled me how Cindy Jacobs gets any kind of respect and influence. She's said some of the most intelligence insulting things of any false prophet ever. In one of these churches there was this older lady that was supposedly some big wig prophetess, and would speak at the church, of course teaching with the preaching. She literally confessed(but didn't see it as confession) that she was speaking at a church and a man pointed out that according to the Bible she shouldn't be teaching men. He literally just quoted the Bible. She said she wanted to reach across the table and STRANGLE him. There was FURY in her eyes, even as she just RECOUNTED the story! Imagine THAT! A man quotes a Bible verse to a "propehtess" and her reaction is to want to reach across and KILL him! Instead she did the more subtle tactic and used the shaming tactic and asked him "Who hurt you?" Apparently the ONLY reason a man would ACTUALLY want to follow the scripture would be some past childhood trauma at the hands of a women. I can promise you, if you confront any of these "Christian" woman pastors, prophetesses etc, with the scriptures that point out their sin, that Jezebel will manifest in a very violent manner even if they can hold themselves back from actually acting it out.

During the last century, and I am not sure when it actually started, the words foretelling and forth-telling were used to define the tasks of a prophet. In doing this they were muddling the offices of prophet and pastor-teacher. So, let's be clear. The defining task of a prophet is one who received information directly from God concerning future events. The prophet's duty is to proclaim that new information about the future to man. The key is new information about the future.

In one of these churches there was this older lady that was supposedly some big wig prophetess, and would speak at the church, of course teaching with the preaching.
She literally confessed(but didn't see it as confession) that she was speaking at a church and a man pointed out that according to the Bible she shouldn't be teaching men. He literally just quoted the Bible. She said she wanted to reach across the table and STRANGLE him. There was FURY in her eyes, even as she just RECOUNTED the story!
Imagine THAT! A man quotes a Bible verse to a "propehtess" and her reaction is to want to reach across and KILL him! Instead she did the more subtle tactic and used the shaming tactic and asked him "Who hurt you?"
Apparently the ONLY reason a man would ACTUALLY want to follow the scripture would be some past childhood trauma at the hands of a women.
I can promise you, if you confront any of these "Christian" woman pastors, prophetesses etc, with the scriptures that point out their sin, that Jezebel will manifest in a very violent manner even if they can hold themselves back from actually acting it out.
They are mockers . I'm struggling with my walk . But A I'm honest about that and B I'm not like these super rich , greedy , self professing believers who either don't have that self awareness or most I believe know exactly what they are doing and just are laughing in God's face in doing so !! I saw her at Christ for the Nations in Dallas Texas, I was not impressed then, I'm even less impressed now. If I remember someone fell off the stage, but Ms. Jacobs could not heal her, and left the room, when the paramedics arrived. the lady that fell broke her arm.

There is a teaching on the gift of prophecy by the NAR seems legit in that a prophecy or prophetic word given during this NT dispensation doesn't have to be 100% accurate. They base this belief on 1 Cor. 13:9 that says, 'For we know in part, and we prophesy in part'.
The broader charismatic movement is legit since the Holy Spirit distributes spiritual gifts to individual believers throughout the Body of Christ. The NAR/Dominionism, however, is a rogue branch of the charismatic movement which has infiltrated charismatic and Pentecostal churches (as well as the political arena) that many every day believers do not even know from where the beliefs come.

These people are utterly false evil prophets who have never once uttered a single word of truth EVER. They seem to have no fear whatsoever, pretending that God gives them "words" when they don't. Cindy Jacobs actually gave my wife a word years ago that never came true for a second. But on and on and on these people go, deceiving people. I have a word for you that is true and untarnished and undefiled and will stand the test for eternity: Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, died for sinners. These people NEVER talk about this. They just give these bizarre words about things they know nothing about. They are more motivated by the deceiving spirit of the antichrist than they are by the Holy Spirit and they will reap their just consequences.

You touched on an issue in this video that needs repeating and clarifying: The definition of a Prophet. During the last century, and I am not sure when it actually started, the words foretelling and forth-telling were used to define the tasks of a prophet. In doing this they were muddling the offices of prophet and pastor-teacher. So, let's be clear. The defining task of a prophet is one who received information directly from God concerning future events. The prophet's duty is to proclaim that new information about the future to man. The key is new information about the future.
