Im new to DaVinci Resolve on Mac. First i only used the iPad Version. Now i bought the speededitor with the Studio License and im very happy because the License for Mac is the Same Price without the Speed Editor. I Like your Videos and use them for learning 👍🏻
Glad to hear, Sabastian! And I'm so happy to hear you find my videos useful! If there's anything you'd like to suggest I explore, I'd love to hear them. Let me know how you do with the Speed Editor!
Great video, man. I have the speed editor and although it is good, I am disappointed that more cannot be done with it using the edit page. I feel that the majority of people use the edit page for the majority of the time, and so I agree that customising the buttons for this would be ideal, I live in hope that Blackmagic design will allow this to happen.
Thank you for making this video, I've been looking at different editing accessories for video editing for a while now, including the tour box, speed editor, and others. I've also planning on buying resolve studio, do you think it would be worth it for me to buy the speed editor that comes with it? Im also not very familiar with the cut page, but rather need something to help me move quickly through the edit page.
If you're planning on buying the studio version of Resolve then I do think it's worth paying the extra $100 to get the Speed Editor. I recommend checking out Darren Mostyn's video on the Speed Editor where he goes through all the individual functions: ruclips.net/video/26OfvGXGezw/видео.htmlsi=9WgarZJlbfAOqUVQ That will give you a good idea of how it works with the Cut page works with the Speed Editor in detail and will give you a better idea if it's worth it or not. Worst comes to worst you can sell it! I was skeptical at first but it didn't take long for me to understand it's value.

Yeah I hope they open it up and let us create our own keyboard shortcuts for the edit page at least. It would add so much value to it!
nice video!! keep up the good work, bravo!
Thank you! I appreciate it 🫶
