His crash in Spa '98 has a cartoonish feel to it, like something out of a Charlie Chaplin or Buster Keaton movie, right down to how Fisico gets out of the car
Some deserved popularity to the Italian couple of commentators from 1998 to 2017, Gianfranco Mazzoni and Ivan Capelli (in that moment the third one, the legendary technical journalist Giorgio Piola wasn't commentating), and of course the great Ettore Giovannelli from boxes. 😄
Anyone remember when fans at Monza ripped Fisichella's car apart? When he broke down and fans ran onto the track after the race, trying to get souvenirs by tearing apart the bodywork.

Without googling for verification... wasn't Fisi dating Stefi Graff in the early '90s? I (think I) remember watching him (from trackside) in BTCC where he had a helicopter waiting to take him to Wimbledon. What a life.
Let us not forget the post-crash comment from Turkey after starting LAST and driving into, then launching over the pack at the first corner: “it’s not my fault”. Clearly you are incorrect. Sit down.
I will never forgive him taking out Schumacher in Hockenheim 2000. From Fisichella‘s cockpit perspective it is no doubt that Schumacher was completely in front of him, from the track cam it almost looked like Schumacher‘s rear left wheel hit Fisichella‘s front right wheel from the side, which would have made it Schumacher‘s fault at a certain degree. But of course it happened so fast that in the end it was a race accident anyway and with time having passed nobody is angry at Fisichella anymore. But right when it happened I was quite furious 😉
Nope, Schumi to blame. You can't just move from one side to another like that, especially at the start. Fisi's downforce suddenly disappeared because he moved in front of him, resulting in a loss of brake power.

Dany for the V6 Turbo-Hybrid era.

Grazie mille.
Dal 95.
Didn't know he had that many shunts. Some of them could definitely have ended differently.

Oh, i don't remember that. What year it was?

Haha Fisichellas car after the 1998 Spa crash looked like the rocket ship from the simpsons hit and run
Man, Fisi must have had some BIG money behind him to stick around as long as he did.
No need for dummies, Giancarlo do the crash tests himself ! 👍
Giancarlo fue un buen piloto.. si vamos a hablar d choques el campeon sin dudas es groesjan😊😊😁
Fisi rolled a few times then 😮
I did not realise Fisichella was really bad.

¿ 50/50 ? ¿ Es neta Brundle ? Entiendo que te quedarás sin trabajo en ese momento en Jordan pero el que tuvo totalmente la culpa fue Shumacher .
Grande Fisico

He was a garbage racer
Someone who won brazilian 2003 GP can't be garbage driver 😏

No idea if Fisico loves the 2000 car for keeping him safe all those times, or hates it for the amount of big shunts he had in it
That's great dedication from Fisi, to include crash testing the car in his testing sessions
Can we all just appreciate hakkinens rocket start on the first clip !!!
Damn I miss Turkey
Yeah, me too. 🇹🇷 The second-greatest Tilkedrome after the (Petronas) Sepang International Circuit. 🇲🇾
Man was averaging 1.34 concussions per race weekend
What an oddly specific video :D
Not the best F1 driver in history but definitely one of the bravest. Thanks for the video 👍
That Monaco crash was all Sato's fault - his engine was failing and he kept going then blew up in front of most of the field
"Welcome to Jackass" - Giancarlo Fisichella
Hard to pick between his strongest and Trulli's one in Silverstone 2004
Think about the amount of halo saved shouting if this Turkey 2008 crash have happened in last season :P
All very nasty, horrible and worrying crashes. The commentators keep reminding us of that 😂

What about his dtm crash at norisring?
Let us not forget the post-crash comment from Turkey after starting LAST and driving into, then launching over the pack at the first corner: “it’s not my fault”. Clearly you are incorrect. Sit down.
Some drivers are just crashers. Always were, always will be.
Giancalo's manager was a super hero.
Giancarlo heeft voor 5 miljoen aan schade gereden 😂
I think 2007 in Brazil could be in top 10 crashes for Fisi
Probably, it's not a small crash.
I mean number 10 isn't Fisi's fault so shouldn't even be on this list
this is just a list of his biggest crashes, doesnt mean he has to be at fault
number 2 was no his fault either
I remember Fisichella's DTM crash in around 95. Lucky to walk away from it.
Fisi and Spa was like a nor with you neither without you relationship 😊
😂😂
He had his fair share of big hits.
Andava muito mas também batia muito!

Unreal that Brundle blamed the first crash on Schumacher
Nope, Schumi to blame. You can't just move from one side to another like that, especially at the start. Fisi's downforce suddenly disappeared because he moved in front of him, resulting in a loss of brake power.
He is right.
You probably think Damon Hill, Rubens Barrichello, and Jacques Villeneuve are to blame. Shut your face, Scumi fan.
