NFT land/properties will eventually die. Those who bought land do NOT even know programming and how to build on these NFT properties to begin with. Too many developing metaverse (Sandbix, roblox, decentraland, gala, etc), that users do NOT get an integrated experience. 😮
I think of them as 3d websites, or rather webplaces. Websites require designers or templates for the normal person. I think they will catch on. Apple releasing headset, meta quest line is getting pretty good. I think it will take 10 years for everything to fall into place, and pavia may not be the one to hit it big, but they will be part of the trend.

Do we need a gaming computer to use?
Not at all! That is the beauty of Pavia. I can run the current Playground and Studio from my laptop with no issues!

No they didn't go high end Unreal engine graphics for that reason to let more people be able to use it
