@@J8ym8nc00lj8y The issue is you are fundamentally misunderstanding how Jason and Dick are Dick was brought up in a nice home, one in the circus and the other in Gotham. Jason was a street rat who was betrayed multiple times by his own mother. He's so angry because Batman failed to kill the joker. He's not angry that he died. That was an accident, but the fact that Batman didn't put a bullet in the joker's brains after his life was taken Jason who thought himself as Bruce's second son. Bruce didn't decide to just end the joker after seeing what he did to his second son. That's the issue Not only that, but Barbara being paralyzed from the waist down.

aight so the Bruce is Slade testing Robin theory kinda explains why none of the other heroes stepped up while all this madness was going down, or it would if it weren't for the whole rest of the show. However! We can take that theory and kinda twist it a bit, Slade clearly ain't Bruce but Bruce could be letting the kids deal with this on their own as kind of a test of their potential to see if they're on track for the bigs. Another option is that Supers take their jurisdiction DEAD seriously because even when they bring in Raven's big bad dad to destroy the world the villain shit technically never spills out of the Titan's city
Cause Batman gets pissed when Superman comes to his city so he would never do the same, also I’m sure Joker is way worse that Deathstroke so he has his hands full with him
It's kinda weird actually with the ending, but not for the reason you think. Slade/Deathstroke in the comics, after the Judas Contract, actually met with Beast Boy, who was going through some denial about Terra being bad, and talked with him. Not to mess with him, but to actually help him get through it. While Slade definitely had more then enough evil moments in the comics, and even in a way in the cartoon, he has a sense of honor and respect for former opponents. One of the reasons he is one of my favorite villains/on and off antiheroes.
Also another fun fact, on top of Slade being Deathstroke's real name. His full name is Slade Wilson. And yes. Deadpool being named Wade Wislon comes from that 😂 Also I agree scru, BeastBoy could've just turned into a T. Rex and manhandled most villains 😂
Scru really cut out the part of him being scared lmaoo.. but foreal though watching this as a kid I had no idea how good of a villian Slade was, but now it all makes sense
Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke/Slade was a fantastic evil. He happened to be one of my favorite bad guys. I'm also sure that Slade lost his right eye in the Vietnam war, I believe... If I'm wrong I'm wrong.

I had a theory that batman hired deathstroke to test Robin's leadership abilities and his ability to handle himself in crisis situations think about it if deathstroke was really trying the titans would be dead
Sounds good on paper, but unless Batman in this universe jus straight up doesn't care about Robin's wellbeing there's no way be would have let Deathstroke terrorise him the way he did
@@filipvadas7602 deathstroke does what he deems necessary to get the job done he doesn't care how he will get results plus that's assuming batman knew what deathstroke was doing
To be fair even if batman was there, he probably would've gotten his ass beat. In the comics deathstroke has beaten Batman multiple times and once single handedly beat the entire justice league
Bruh this show was so good, and Slade made it what it is. Also to be that comic nerd, technically the DC animated universe is its own thing so while Slade was based on Deathstroke he is actually his own character.
@🥇The Jungle 𝕂Xℕ𝔾 talks WRESTLING👑 I am sure that is a comic debate to have. I know that the Titans are part of the DC animated universe from one episode of Static Shock where Batman mentions the Titans. Static Shock is confirmed part of that universe so we would need to find a different instance of Deathstroke to actually confirm. Hard fore to say since if it is Deathstroke, Slade was my first encounter with him. The comic one is different though
Also they never used batman or any justice leauge character due to licensing issues. Which is why most of justice league shows used alot less notable characters
Knucks - Home, Leon the Professional, Nice & Good, Three Musketeers , Hide & Seek, Standout, Tin Tun Up Pt 2, Alpha House, Los Apollo’s Hermanos, Rice & Stew, 21 Candles.
So the reason why Batman, or the JL appeared in Teen Titans, or why The Joker didn't appear in the First Nolan movie, was because Warner Bros back then, thought that if you see Batman in Teen Titans, you'll get him confused with JLU Batman, or if Nolan Joker appeared in the first movie, you would get confused with the Joker of the 2003 Batman Cartoon. It was a silly, and dumb thing, especially since you could just say it up as an "Alternate Universe" version of the character, since DC did multiversal things before. Not sure why Warner Bros didn't think, or thought people would get it confused, but thats why Batman never appeared. Someone correct me, but this is what I heard and looked up
19:45 deathstroke has emergency kryptonite and has beaten batman in hand to hand combat more than once so it wouldn't be that easy even if they did call the justice league
Slade Wilson is Deathstroke, yes, but this was technically a children's show so they couldn't use that name. To anybody that didn't see it, five seasons, five seasons worth of Deathstroke just toying around with Robin and squad. Slade being Bruce Wayne I remember people thinking they were one in the same. This is because Deathstroke wasn't particularly popular outside of comics at the time. It's kind of like deadpool, who has existed since the early 90s, but most people didn't know about him until like 8 years ago. I thought the same thing, Beast Boy should be way more powerful with his power set. Then again Cyborg it was kind of underrated as well. They really had the ladies and Robin do a lot of the heavy lifting on that show. Slade is a menace in the comics; what he did with Terra, drove his daughter Rose insane(she cut her eye out), The pressure he put on his son Grant/Ravager led to his death. He's the reason his son Jericho got his throat cut( Jericho was the blonde haired blue-eyed guy on teen titans, that never spoke). He's a problem
My theory to how terra came back from you life is that slade must have made a clone of terra since terra was with him after the fight with beast boy the only difference is that slade didn't give her memory of the original. I also think that red x is clone of robin
Heres is the time to break up your hearts In the comics Tara Markov was a the yandere sadist who actively wanted Deathstroke all to herself, The Titans dead at her hands. And all of their hearts shattered. She was the Judas too The Titan Joey "Jericho" Wilson was the Judas to the Wilson family. Why did she do it?? She did it all because the Titans were happy, And she was not. ( Sure she suffrage from some misogynistic writing but I do love the idea. All they had to do Make it so that Tara was older but was disguised as and looked like a teen.)
So CN couldn't allow them to call Slade "Deathstroke" because it was too violent for a kid's show, but they were perfectly fine making him into a domestic terrorist who was manipulating teenagers against their own will, causing them to lose their sanity and agrees to help an interdimensional demon to kill everyone on Earth so he could resurrect himself and torment them all over again. God I loved this show.
The Justice League is such a WTF ARE YOU? in Teen Titans. They pretty much let the brotherhood of evil, brother blood, and fucking Trigon go out against the Titans.
Yo, real talk, my younger self induced a hilarious Mandela effect when I first saw Slade as a kid. I understood that the detonator was a fake, but how I interpreted it, Slade had a backup detonator, or used a decoy to fool Robin. I didn't get why Slade was messing with Robin, I just figured he was THAT good. And yeah, the bomb itself, I thought WAS the nanomachines, and I remember thinking they stopped the bomb but they were, like, infected as a result? And I guess instead of using them on the entire city, he uses the Titans as test subjects? I dunno. I like...got easily distracted as a kid. Even from the show I was watching. I drew the stupidest conclusions. I didn't understand the concept of gaslighting. I was maybe....9 years old, when this first came out? Oh yeah, also, the nanobot whatevers infecting the Titans was something they used in the promos a lot, and it traumatized me. I thought that was pretty messed up, and it was!
The only thing about the teen titan shows that beast boy is a victim of the superman effect which originally started in the justice league cartoon or superman was super weak and that was because the creator thought to illustrate the bad guys strength they gotta be able to beat the strongest guy in the room which was superman but it got to the point where he was getting his ass beat so much though it took him seriously as the same thing with these boy who theoretically should kill most bad guys Since most of us know how powerful most animals are but they can be embody these animals they seem way stronger

@@anarchomando7707 I know the story of redhood, but considering how odd that universe was, there was a possibility. I don't think robin(this one) could've made it to the pit, but who knows. He could've been a redhood but obviously not as fierce, theres always a chance.
@@J8ym8nc00lj8y The issue is you are fundamentally misunderstanding how Jason and Dick are
Dick was brought up in a nice home, one in the circus and the other in Gotham.
Jason was a street rat who was betrayed multiple times by his own mother.
He's so angry because Batman failed to kill the joker.
He's not angry that he died. That was an accident, but the fact that Batman didn't put a bullet in the joker's brains after his life was taken
Jason who thought himself as Bruce's second son. Bruce didn't decide to just end the joker after seeing what he did to his second son.
That's the issue
Not only that, but Barbara being paralyzed from the waist down.
@@anarchomando7707 again I understand, but note I said A REDHOOD. That doesn't mean I see him being anything like redhood as he didn't go through what he had to but I'm saying that robin could've adopted redhood ideals to a degree with how slade was manipulating him. That's all.
Slade the typa person to have his secret base underneath his enemy base.
aight so the Bruce is Slade testing Robin theory kinda explains why none of the other heroes stepped up while all this madness was going down, or it would if it weren't for the whole rest of the show.
One of the reasons he is one of my favorite villains/on and off antiheroes.
the facetime sound effects go crazy 🤣
Also another fun fact, on top of Slade being Deathstroke's real name.
His full name is Slade Wilson.
And yes.
Deadpool being named Wade Wislon comes from that 😂
Also I agree scru, BeastBoy could've just turned into a T.
From what I remember looking up, Beast boy seems to be a victim of writer preference. Easily capable of being one of the strongest titans.
I mean you also have to look at the simple fact that...hes an idiot. Sure he could go T-rex mode every fight but hes absolute shit at doing anything but "Me big animal now me charge in go rawr"
Slade Wilson is his legal name. Deathstroke is his villian name. I always thought they were different people but nah, they're the same person
@@HALO-437 assuming Batman of all people *wouldn't* know is a stretch

Scru you gotta get to that Rustage "Death" ft. Shofu and JHBBOSS! Also new dps is fire
To be fair even if batman was there, he probably would've gotten his ass beat. In the comics deathstroke has beaten Batman multiple times and once single handedly beat the entire justice league
Deathstroke is more or less evil batman but he also has the super serum. Contingencies on EVERYOINE good and evil.
Slade been Robin version of The Joker playing mind games with Him just like Batman
The background music was "Crank That Artichoke" from the Boondocks
Just thought about this, I think Toph deserves some mentions from CJ. Chick is cold.
Bruh this show was so good, and Slade made it what it is. Also to be that comic nerd, technically the DC animated universe is its own thing so while Slade was based on Deathstroke he is actually his own character.
Actually slade was deathstrokes really name
@🥇The Jungle 𝕂Xℕ𝔾 talks WRESTLING👑 I am sure that is a comic debate to have. I know that the Titans are part of the DC animated universe from one episode of Static Shock where Batman mentions the Titans. Static Shock is confirmed part of that universe so we would need to find a different instance of Deathstroke to actually confirm. Hard fore to say since if it is Deathstroke, Slade was my first encounter with him. The comic one is different though
@Sluglife donb well then I suppose he isy personal favorite version of Deathstroke
18:18 bro I ain’t never hear no shit as creative as that in my life😂😂😂🔥
Also they never used batman or any justice leauge character due to licensing issues. Which is why most of justice league shows used alot less notable characters
Dude was always 15 steps ahead!😳
Knucks - Home, Leon the Professional, Nice & Good, Three Musketeers , Hide & Seek, Standout, Tin Tun Up Pt 2, Alpha House, Los Apollo’s Hermanos, Rice & Stew, 21 Candles.
He's the first villain that legitimacy scared me
Yes…. Slade is Deathstroke! His actual name is Slade Wilson! They just couldn’t call him Deathstroke in a childrens/teen cartoon 🤷🏼♂️
I watched this yesterday and was waitin for this reaction and know I'm watch it so 👊
So the reason why Batman, or the JL appeared in Teen Titans, or why The Joker didn't appear in the First Nolan movie, was because Warner Bros back then, thought that if you see Batman in Teen Titans, you'll get him confused with JLU Batman, or if Nolan Joker appeared in the first movie, you would get confused with the Joker of the 2003 Batman Cartoon. It was a silly, and dumb thing, especially since you could just say it up as an "Alternate Universe" version of the character, since DC did multiversal things before. Not sure why Warner Bros didn't think, or thought people would get it confused, but thats why Batman never appeared. Someone correct me, but this is what I heard and looked up
Beast boy can turn into literally any creature, even fantasy ones
19:45 deathstroke has emergency kryptonite and has beaten batman in hand to hand combat more than once so it wouldn't be that easy even if they did call the justice league
17:09
Lmao FACTS, you ain't lying 🤣
The way slade was watching beast boy and terra about to kiss was the soft core energy of Bakis pops about to watch his son lay some pipe. 😂😂😂
love to see it.🤩
Terra had them Pennywise 3s
Slade IS deathstroke but cartoon network did not want to use that name.
New dps new rustage 🔥 and this vid was fire bru
In my opinion, this was the best version of Teen Titans that I watched. I mean anything is better than the Teen Titans go garbage that’s on now.
Damn this man is savage and smart 🤓😎
I use to watch this all the time and I remember all the episodes
Just to add, this is one of my favorite adaptations of Robin. Young Justice was also a great depiction of him
Yep, Deathstroke the Terminator's full name was Slade Wilson. And Deadpool is a parody of him with Wade Wilson lol
Your reaction is gold
Tbh Terra needed more episodes as a Titan. The episodes per season capacity REALLY hurt her.
SATAN 2.0 BY TS is one that not many people will remember to put in the comments but its one definitely to react to
This is making me want to rewatch teen titans now
Slade is Deathstroke. Slade is literally his real name: Slade Wilson.
Deathstroke be giving Terra that deepstroke
Ayooo dat goofy laugh was too on point I'm dead bro 😭🤣 nigga said he got the goofy 8's lmao
Was waiting for this reaction ngl
Yeah. Slade is real name (Slade Wilson) his job name is Deathstroke.
Slade came back as a Majin for they ass
I was expecting a reference to that one _special_ animation by Zone where Slade and Raven do something _else_ in that time stop scene lmao
DeathStrokes real name is Slade Wilson Slade is DeathStroke
Ah S*ht.
I finally released that Slade is Deathstroke 😂😂😂
Welcome to 2022
My theory to how terra came back from you life is that slade must have made a clone of terra since terra was with him after the fight with beast boy the only difference is that slade didn't give her memory of the original. I also think that red x is clone of robin
Wasn't the statue she turned into gone at the end tho? Or am I misremembering?
@@NRG-REC I don't remember either dude
Black Air Force energy anime cypher volume 2 is gonna be straight fire
Terra did stupid stuff but ya gotta remember - Teen is in the title of the show, they're all young and naive.
Heres is the time to break up your hearts
In the comics
Tara Markov was a the yandere sadist who actively wanted Deathstroke all to herself, The Titans dead at her hands. And all of their hearts shattered.
She was the Judas too The Titan
Joey "Jericho" Wilson was the Judas to the Wilson family.
Why did she do it?? She did it all because the Titans were happy, And she was not.
( Sure she suffrage from some misogynistic writing but I do love the idea. All they had to do Make it so that Tara was older but was disguised as and looked like a teen.)
Slade Wilson is deathstroke
The true fucked up part about all this, is that this nigga really did this just to troll Batman.
18:05 you already know Scru had to make up for CJ's lack of roasts of Terra lol
That TFS HFIL reference was good lol
19:10 Fax🤣🤣🤣
Broooother you’ve got DPS and Rustage to react to that’s been out for a whiiiiiile

Lmao robin started turning into batman beaing the mess out of random people
i think my all time favorite characters of fiction are Slade, Scrooge McDuck, Red hood and Luffy. Not in order by the way.
20:41 he said he’s ”unLable” 😂😂😂💀💀
Im taking that shit 😂
So CN couldn't allow them to call Slade "Deathstroke" because it was too violent for a kid's show, but they were perfectly fine making him into a domestic terrorist who was manipulating teenagers against their own will, causing them to lose their sanity and agrees to help an interdimensional demon to kill everyone on Earth so he could resurrect himself and torment them all over again. God I loved this show.
This Robin is Dick Grayson. In the time travel episode he becomes Nightwing.
Also yeah Slade is Deathstroke.
Slade Wilson and Billy Wintergreen former Australian special forces who gets beaten up and down by Batman for years. It's close every time though.
Man the Terra Arc was messed up
Fr that shit had me feeling some time of way
The Justice League is such a WTF ARE YOU? in Teen Titans. They pretty much let the brotherhood of evil, brother blood, and fucking Trigon go out against the Titans.
Teen titans was goated and it still is, I’m with you on that scru
Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke the Termanator.
🔥🔥🔥
Slade is built different
Batman The Animated series dealt with PTSD
King Bradley needs a video
The only thing about the teen titan shows that beast boy is a victim of the superman effect which originally started in the justice league cartoon or superman was super weak and that was because the creator thought to illustrate the bad guys strength they gotta be able to beat the strongest guy in the room which was superman but it got to the point where he was getting his ass beat so much though it took him seriously as the same thing with these boy who theoretically should kill most bad guys Since most of us know how powerful most animals are but they can be embody these animals they seem way stronger
Imo young justice the best potrayal of robin but it’s definitely between young justice and Teen titans
we need that reaction to "Breeton Boi - HOLLOW PURPLE! ft. PE$O PETE" you are NOT READY
Also, Shwabadi, Ham Sandwich, Breeton Boi, and Pe$o Pete (just to name a few) all have albums with non-anime music
M1llionz daily duppy is a must do. Real UK top driller. He also has a song featuring Munna Duke from Chicago called 10 to da 0. Video shoot in O Block US. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
If Slade doesn't take any "L's", then would he just be called "Sade"?
BTW if saying says different we can argue it but this version of Robin is Dick Greyson
"You think that'd be enough to call up Bats"
Who do you think sicked Slade on them for training? Bats was trying to bootcamp this team into something. Sending literally the best merc he knew who could fuck with the whole lot.
Now he took it a bit too far with that real-ass Demon time but then again Slade was yknow already dead and too angry to die so... Facts...
oh my fucking god I hate this theory
This along with Batman being slade all along
Because you lot are really overcomplicating things. By a long shot.
In the comics Slade Joseph Wilson was a just merc for hire, granted. A really deadly one that can theoretically take on Superman with a kryptonite blade.
The whole reason he got that was from being a military modified super soldier
Why did he have a bone to pick with the Titans? Well they were implicated in the death of his son Grant( the original ravanger
It really is that simple
And nobody talks about Joey Wilson
Joseph "Jericho" Wilson( Slade's other kid) was the show yet don't mention that it's him He's blonde kid emerald eyes. Mute One of the kindest most angelic kids in the world.
This is very important, (out of the universe, Jericho The first American sign language speaker for comics
in comics
He was a normal kid at first born to Slade Wilson, a loving father military veteran and a businessman and Adeline kane former military officer retired
He along with his brother was raised in a loving household.
However, everything changed when a group of mercenaries wanted to get revenge on his father ( Jericho, Adeline and Grant did not know about his father being a fucking mercenary)
One thing led to another and in a scuffle the mercenary had Joey with a knife to his throat . Deathstroke Had a gun to that man's head.
Slice bang
He shot the bastard, but Joey was hurt. His throat was slit! Severing the vocal cords irreparably
Adeline was pissed, that her husband lied to her and took revenge on her own accords
Walking up behind him and shooting him in the back of the head.( He was aware of the gun) yet did not make it in time
Apparently that did not work
So she settled for divorce also took the kids
Jericho is important because he is the "Judas of the Wilson family"
Where his family chose war on some fashion Jericho chose peace.
He is the anti-terra Markov
Tara the yandere sadist who actively wanted Deathstroke all to herself, The Titans dead at her hands. And all of their hearts shattered.
( Granted wolfman had some seriously misogynist writing and I think them toning down the relationship between Tara and Slade was a decent idea.)
You know how I said Grant was the original ravanger? Yeah he died of a heart attack.( Using a cocktail serum, Fighting the Titans and then fighting with the Titans)
Deathstroke doesn't know that, He thinks the Titans are the reason for his death and he actively wants to defeat them all honoring his eldests sons contract.
This is a tale of revenge. It's really that simple.
Thank you for educating 💯
22:45 Rewind to the part you evidently cut out, my guy?
Deathstroke once stabbed his son through the throat just to kill the guy behind him. He killed one of his other sons. And physically and mentally abused two of his other children that he was training to be assassins. These are just the things he did to his family(he was being nice to them)
