I was so 50/50 about it at first expecting it to be cliche and stupid but ong they’re so cute together. And the plot got just enough angst but doesn’t make it illogically insane. Things are sweet and lighthearted and really focus on the development of the couple instead of nonsense yelling. Ma Ting Yu can some times hit or miss with chemistry bc even though he’s really hot, sometimes his movements can seems a little awkward at times. But these two are great together. They were teasing the kiss at first and I thought this would be a lame no kissing show but NOPE so many sweet moment and kisses. The dynamic of his sweet puppy self and her tiny but fierce persona are so cute together. His giant frame and her tiny self look so good together lol I’m glad at they didn’t make FL push him away all the time and the two of them have no real affection. A lot of these plots do that. The ML and FL spent so much time together loving and bonding. Despite not wanting to commit bc of her illness, FL is still sweet and loving to ML. She can’t resist him 😂 I don’t blame her 😂 bc of their chemistry and the lighthearted but touching way they wrote the plot, I didn’t mind that she didn’t know she’s misdiagnosed until tje end. It didn’t matter. Him faking family drama so she would marry him 😂😂😂 cracked me up.
Such a good actor... I love how he loves and handles her like she is going ro break... Who can lift me up like that with my fat ass😂😂😂

Wow. So RARELY do ML's get the opportunity to have varied and multifaceted personalities (When he cries! He's goofy, and inept at some things, and frankly kind of adorable). And of all the actors they're giving the opportunity to, I'm glad it's this one. So he doesn't always have to play such dark and borderline roles, he can let his happy out. LOL.
This was a good show. And surprisingly touching at times.

I honestly think Ma Xiaoyu should take this kind of roles more. Him, being big and softie is such a green flag. This role really fits him well. The drama has some cliché troupe but with a nice refreshing twist. ML is sweet softie. And FL is so relatable. I’m just not a fan of her eye make up 😅. This is a good & fun watch.
Another wonderful drama, i really enjoyed watching but omg every time i see the FL i want to wipe that mascara from her bottom eye lid😂. Loved it though, the ML is such a big softie and its heart warming how they always find comfort in each other ❤

while i like seeing Ma Xiaoyu in his bad boy, bordering psychotic ceo persona (coz acting chops on mega display, and ma boy can act, ACT!!) its fun to watch him in these rom-com. other than the weird false eyelash extension placement (which i understand is a makeup hit thing in china) it throws me off and i can´t take the females in this drama seriously --- or maybe that was their intention since they were shooting a romcom. either way, good job actors!
