I’ll see you guys in 12 weeks, I started jits, weights, mobility training all thanks to listening to this podcast last year, 13 kilos down and one stripe got another 6-8 kilos left. Thanks guys this podcast helped me a lot !
Although these guys have the best intentions, and I couldn't hear any advice that would cause harm in any way, my recommendation is to look for a good nutricionist to make a diet for you, and for your routine and goals. The best diet is the one you can stick to, and it's worth every penny to have at least one consultation to make a plan, and then you can go back every 3, 6, 12 months or never again. Regarding physical training, there are so many variables involved as well, and more than half of the PT professionals in the market are absolute crap, but lifting weights is such a good thing, that even doing it all wrong, it still has its benefits. All I can say is take it easy on the load so you don't injure yourself, and that lifting more load doesn't mean best results. Like in jiu-jitsu, technique and consistency will get you much further lifting weights than trying to inflate your ego. Oss

Cottage cheese on sandwich is a Polish thing, definetly. My grandma would make me it like 3x a day when I was a kid.
