    Do you have an option of a leaderboard to display on the website? I want to display a list of top users (highest levels, rank, achievement) so that there is a competition amongst users.

      Yes, Leaderboards are possible through our Leaderboards add-on: gamipress.com/add-ons/gamipress-leaderboards/

    Is it possible to create ranks that are not hierarchical but more of a tree advancement structure? Or perhaps requiring the achievement of several ranks in order to earn another special rank? In other words, I've earned my first post badge, my first comment badge, and my first "liked" content badge. When I have met these three ranks, I am granted a rank called "Engaged Member." Is this possible?

      Hi Todd, I'm sorry but ranks requires always to be configured hierarchically, but for what you are looking for (and also this solves your previous question) you can create achievements with the "Sequential steps" option enabled, this option forces to your users to complete the requirements in order, for that until the user does not meet the first requirement (in your case, the first requirement is unlock a specific rank) they will not be able to complete the rest of the steps of the achievement
      Hope it helps!

    Hey there, I am trying to make it so that my members earn a rank based on earning a required amount of points. I have set the priority levels of each and the default level is 1, all others proceeding it have ascending numbers. I should now be rank 4 with the points I have earned but I stay at rank 1.
    Any ideas why? I have set all Badges to award Points of that type and they are accumulating as instructed. Each Rank level requires the user to earn 250 Points and I expect that this means for every 250 points earned a new rank is unlocked? Or do I have to state the values in an ascending order per rank, such as: 250, 500, 750, 1000, etc?

      Hi Juros, this issue happens because your WordPress does not refreshed their permalinks, just go to Settings > Permalinks > and click on "Save Changes" and WordPress will refresh all URLs in your site
      Hope it helps!

      Hi there! Rank images (as any other image in GamiPress) are handled through the WordPress multimedia in the same way that you assgin the feature image for the WordPress posts and pages, if you do not see this option, then means that another plugin has removed it from the GamiPress elements and you may need to run a conflict test, note that those GamiPress elements are Custom Post Types (CPT) and CPT is a standard in WordPress so features images are completely supported, for that the unique cause that could prevent you to upload the feature image to a GamiPress element is that another plugin or your theme is blocking you, hope it helps!

    Hello i created web site using your plugin , when user earning points ,that details automatically recorded in WordPress ,there is more users recorded ,then i think it will be slow my web site isn't ?
    there is no option delete that record from admin panel only have revoke option can you fix it ,is there any suggestion about it ?

    • @gamipress
      @gamipress  2 года назад

      Hi Danush! You should not worry about the user earning entries, GamiPress store them in a separate database table and just GamiPress access to this table
      Also this table is a register of all user earnings for that, to keep it's veracity, if you revoke an earning this gets removed from the user amounts too
      No matter the way you remove them, GamiPress will sync the user account with those earnings so if you remove manually an entry where the user has earned an achievement the user will lost that achievement because the entry has been removed
      Hope it helps!
