Vehicle Counting and Classification Using OPENCV

- This video is a simple vehicle counting and classification using opencv, this is just a demo application.
The classification is based on vehicle size, light vehicle (LV) with a length between 4 and 6 meter and the heavy vehicle (HV) is more than 6 meter until 18 meter, vehicle classification is according MKJI or (Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia).

Salam Brother, I have run your code but when I hit the start button after selecting video it doesn't read frames when I insert 'if' (condition) just to check whether the frames are coming or not in _capture_init.py while fps is counting, please HELP ME OUT ASAP.

dear , pak auzan saya melihat design vehicle counter , yg sangat keren pak ,simple dalam visualization ,apakah sudah di terapkan di lalu lintas indonesia pak , menyongsong era AI , saya melihat vehicle counter tersebut sangat di perlukan dalam traffic lane measurement , terutama di kota kota besar di indonesia yang mana , banyak sekali manfaat untuk mengatasi traffic congestion , dengan menggabungkan measurement,menjadi database sebagai bahan acuan observasi traffic ,dan machine learning yang dapat beradaptasi dengan data vehicle counter , sehingga peran vehicle counter , network , database analysis , machine learning dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi traffic congestion di indonesia , serta dapat memberikan edukasi mengenai Smart Traffic di kota kota besar terutamanya , terutama adab dalam ber lalulintas , semakin smart traffic nya biasanya bisa membuat smart juga penguna jalannya

Can you still detect stationary vehicles that come to stop and be stationary at the Region of Interest?
mohon maaf mas mau tanya , ini deteksinya menggunakan algoritma apa dan apakah mas dapat membimbing saya untuk membuat dasar deteksi kendaraan serta countingnya
deteksiny berdasarkan luas kontur piksel biner ketika melintasi garis yang warna biru dan merah, dan difilter menggunakan pin hole model
can we classified it as Car/Truck/Bus.....?

HI. First of all congrats for your great job!. I am getting an error "ImportError : cannot import name ocl", I am using opencv 2.4.13 instead of 3. can it be the problem?
thanks. just add comment # from cv2 import ocl and ocl.setUseOpenCL(False), OCL function is active only if you build OpenCV -D WITH_OPENCL = ON.
