Thanks for this in-dept and intuitive great tutorial. I saw they have used appium-doctor, Isnt it deprecated? is there any recommended alternative for the same?
Not deprecated but k ved the pqckages under appium/packages. You can still install the appium-doctor separately as mentioned here github.com/appium/appium/tree/master/packages/doctor
Hi , am facing issue wrt to appium-installer , as soon as we download from NPM command then if i enter appium-installer in MAC below is the output displayed . "zsh: permission denied: appium-installer". Please. let me know is there any permission issue ? related

sudo npm install -g appium-installer
Provide the system password if prompted
