  • The main differences between the Mini Cooper 2-door (2dr) and 4-door (4dr) versions lie in their design, space, and practicality:
    1. *Number of Doors:*
    - *2-door:* Has two doors for passengers.
    - *4-door:* Has four doors for passengers, making it easier for rear-seat passengers to enter and exit.
    2. *Dimensions:*
    - *2-door:* Generally shorter in length and has a sportier, more compact design.
    - *4-door:* Longer than the 2-door version, providing more interior space.
    3. *Interior Space:*
    - *2-door:* Offers less rear-seat legroom and less cargo space. It is more suitable for those who don't frequently carry passengers in the back seat.
    - *4-door:* Provides more rear-seat legroom and increased cargo space, making it more practical for families or those needing more space.
    4. *Seating Capacity:*
    - *2-door:* Typically seats four people.
    - *4-door:* Can seat up to five people, with easier access to the rear seats due to the additional doors.
    5. *Weight:*
    - *2-door:* Slightly lighter due to its smaller size.
    - *4-door:* Slightly heavier, which may impact fuel efficiency and performance slightly.
    6. *Performance:*
    - Differences in weight and size can result in minor variations in handling and fuel efficiency, with the 2-door often being slightly more nimble and the 4-door providing a more stable ride.
    7. *Price:*
    - *2-door:* Typically priced lower than the 4-door model.
    - *4-door:* Priced higher due to the added practicality and space.
Both models share many common features, including engine options, interior design, and technology. The choice between the two often comes down to personal preference and the need for additional space and practicality.

I love the challenge that you made, Andy! And I'm looking to buy one of these bad boys myself, only I want mine to have a stick shift. Good video, good content my friend. Can you please recommend best used year for cooper as of now?

Depends on your budget. From my experience, after 2015(new body) I much better quality and car itself looks better. If you ok on a price/budget, 2018-2020 S with manual a way to go. It’s really impressive for me how they “keeping together” after 50-60k on a clock.
