This guitarist already gave us the greatest solo of all time on Have a Cigar, but here I really appreciated the perfect homage to Jimmy's solo live and in studio, quoting just enough and then improvising just a tad. Mindblowing. Thank you guys so much for bringing this all back to life in this manner.

Good god, that guitar solo! There were several moments where I felt "He's not gonna pull off that phrase", but he did. It had that feeling of playing with reckless abandon, just like Jimmy Page.

I know this song inside and out, and you not only nailed the technical side but you nailed the emotional side of this classic Zep song. You should be very proud. There only a few people in the world that can do what you just did. Hats off my friends... you are special!
^ This. Everything. Absolutely ridiculous, in the best possible way - But dare I say, even more emotional through this vocal artist's interpretation. I can't believe this version never popped up for me when I searched for covers of this very song, one of my favorites.
You should also check out Prazsky Vyter's kick-ass cover of this song. The vid is corrupted in the beginning but it gets fixed somewhere near the midpoint.

Witnessed the mighty Led Zeppelin play this live two times in ‘76. Never thought I’d hear a cover of it done quite this well. Every single musician here is simply sublime. The perfect storm.

The vocals, while being distinctly Main Squeeze, really channels the energy and feel of Plant. I love it.

(Excluding Angus of course). I am impressed, very impressed. This is the first time I've heard of this band. I can't stop watching them. Its 3am. I dont think I'm going to sleep until I've seen all their videos. Been along time since a band had got my attention. These guys are legit!

I just found these guys myself a couple days ago. Try out "no quarter" it's fantastic! I LOVE their covers!!! Only bad thing I can say is I've yet to hear one of their originals that's any good. I would love to say that wasn't so but so far nothin.

I've seen covers before of this and they tend to pale. This one shines. Kudos especially to the guitarist. The liberties he took in places sounded entirely natural. Also, the singer had huge balls to take on a Plant vocal and did so without an iota of disappointment in this listener's ears.

One thing I love about Max, he doesn't try to copy another guitarist's solos, he takes the feel of it, and makes it entirely his own.
Max is an awesome guitarist no doubt about that! But the bassist and drummer are great as well! This whole band are just absolutely phenomenal!

on this cover his vocals were great. on some others I think they are over-indulgent and more r&b stylized than they need to be. He's a great singer just doesnt always fit the song.

This band is so tight, as a guitarist myself I've got to say hats off to the guitar player in this, you were great. The singer has so much soul and emotion and a huge voice, not to mention the rest of the band you all played your parts amazing.

It is TRULY a rare occurrence where a band can come close to the greatness of Led Zeppelin, and even more rare when they can honestly enhance it yet stay true to the original piece of art with out stepping on it with their own "interpretation." This is the first time I've been impressed in a LONG time. Let's hear it for The Main Squeeze.

I'm gonna be clear here: The first time I heard this song by Zepp I felt like they were making love to my ears and knowing what had to be done every ssecond that passed. Through the 7:41 minutes of this video I expirienced the exact same feeling once again.
This is not just any cover, this is a letter of respect with so much feeling between the notes and the lines. You mates are truly an experience that any rock fan has to go through. No doubt.

Wow! You guys killed this song! The guitar work and vocals are legendary. Overall, a magnificent bluesy soulful performance! The lyrics and story is about me, a guy who worked long hours and was not present in my relationships. When you are not there, the girls will leave and vice versa. The emotion the band brought to the song made me feel guilty and brought tears to my eyes. The writer wants us to feel sorry for the guy and the girl just wants him to be present to love her. This is my favorite Led Zeppelin song!!
In my opinion this is the best zeppelin ballot. Some would say stairway or others but to me this has the most blues & soul. Unbelievable cover.

Ya know.... Corey Frye was absolutely amazing in here, & yet I found myself realizing just how incredible Plant was. I think that with so much talent in Zeppelin, that I had always over-looked his tremendous power, range & control.

I've been a Zeppelin fanatic for almost 40 years, since I was 17 years old. But this is the best version of this song. Bar none.
I would disagree, the original Since I've Been Loving You is perfection, this is pretty close to it though, so much soul and emotion, I just slightly prefer jimmy's playing and the general atmosphere of the original. This is one of the best cover versions of any song I've ever heard though don't get me wrong, this was masterful.

Im in a band myself and we practice lots of diff covers even Zeppelin. It takes some serious chops as a group to cover their stuff. Even bigger chops to cover THIS song. But to play it at this slow a tempo you gotta be ON POINT and they are! Unbelievable cover great job!!!
