Nope, Nada, Never lol. Usually when I am not on as frequently as I would like it means that I am extremely busy with work. I don't like doing videos when I'm exhausted so that's when I binge watch Netflix and usually fall asleep in my chair during it haha.

I'm getting little dips on each side too but lower. If you watch closely, you can notice them. I bet makeup contouring could help your issue.

Hi Susi, so nice to have you back I know you don't do as many videos in the summer but it seemed less than normal, I was getting concerned but didn't like to message incase you thought it was too intrusive. You are looking so well and can carry off any makeup. Your hair is gorgeous 😍 wee question for you Susi, what do you do with your hair going to bed? For now sending much love, take care ❤

Good question! I take my hair down and sleep with it naturally but then I have to wet it down a bit in the morning otherwise my cow licks cause me so much trouble! I heard sleeping on a silk pillow case would take care of this but I love cotton so that's not going to happen. Sometimes I braid my hair at my crown and wear it that way to bed. It depends how I feel. Long hair can be a pain to sleep in. When I go to bed I usually take it and put it above my head on my pillow. What happens after I sleep remains to be seen HAHA. When it was really long it would get stuck under me and that was annoying, like when I went to roll over.

@lightfragmentsauracle thank you so for replying susi, my hair is about two inches by my shoulders and I want to grow about another two inches possibly longer (longest my hair has ever been and I love it) like you I also have 'silver' hair and as you know it needs a little more care, I do have a silk pillowcase, it helps a little (but not as much as it's recommended it will in my humble opinion), use oils etc. Your hair is beautiful and so incredibly healthy looking 🙌🏻😍

@@carolinecameron5710 Hi Caroline, I literally don't do anything. When I wash my hair I basically concentrate on my scalp and then at the end go down to the ends and rinse. Then I use conditioner just on the ends of my hair. Good food and vitamins are really what help hair despite all the products out there. That's my secret. I know, very simple. I wash my hair every 3 complete days, sometimes more if I wear my hair up a lot. The more product I put in my hair the more I have to wash it so when I am not doing videos, I don't put anything in my hair except maybe a tiny bit of hair spray.

Sorry Susi, I'm being a pest. Thanks for the information, I've had my grey hair since 2018 and I maintained it's health, but now hair is longer I feel it needs some extra tlc, but of course everything is trial and error till you find what's going to work, thank you so much xx
