I have been preparing for more than 5 years for this exam and have been failing with very less margin. In the meantime, I became a writer and a teacher, but I still continued preparing. Somehow, I couldn't give up.
I'm 4 attempts down now. And when I look back, I feel proud as well as guilty for giving in my all without stopping. I even joke many times saying, "itne saalo me MBBS karke doctor bann jaati." However, that joke hides the sadness that's existing deep in my heart.
It's true, like you said, the world only celebrates the winners. But no one acknowledges the fact that those who lose, they have more experience, knowledge and they only become wiser with time. I don't regret choosing UPSC, but there are people whose taunts make us regret. It's funny how we start caring about other's words more than our struggle and hard work.
This video was really needed for us "losers" who aren't appreciated much in this society. People only continue to throw allegations and expectations on us, without caring about where our heart belongs to.
I might have found this channel just a few months back, but I don't regret a bit getting notified with the updates of this channel.

Don't hide your emotions ever. You'll get there. And if not, remember that God has better plans for us. Just keep working hard because that is what is in our hands. Sir last time I got 83. This time getting 68. I somehow just collapsed in those exam conditions this time. Was having difficulty recalling facts. Ended up making stupid mistakes. The 50-50 didn't work in my favour either. I don't know what to do. I feel lost and very embarrassed. The fact that most people did good makes me feel even worse. I don't know what to do. I faced paucity of time, I had marked some questions where I was confused between 2 options, and then I hurriedly encircled the options, now after coming out of the exam, I realised that I've marked the wrong answers in the maximum doubtful questions left for last.
Those people who got good marks later realized that they screwed up too . The paper was not easy as some institutes are claiming it to be . You don’t need to be embarrassed ❤
Same bro... You are not alone... While solving the papers i felt like this was so easy and some some questions were so straight forward... Felt like some state pcs exams... It required way less analytical skills or data interpretation... While solving the questions it felt everything was going right but after coming out of the exam hall i felt like i did a lot of the questions wrong and a lot of my basics were not right

Lgta h ki 2 sal ki mehnat me kya hi hua...akhiri smy jaisa maine socha tha vaisa me nhi kr paya... feeling so sad bas lekin vapas bounce back krunga...aur exam ko bas exam tk rkhunga...use life nhi bnyunga... This video each and every word is for me. I scored 80-83 marks. This paper was easy and doable to some extent. Couldn't able to make it. I attempted all 100 questions as a fool. CSAT I'm scoring 131 marks
To be honest I accepted this shit after just an hour of exam , there was a video going viral where a girl got refuse in exam center cause she went around 9 so entry got close and his parents got mad and emotional like someone died and the girl was sooo calm and assuring her parents " ki agle saal ho jayega bas ek exam hi toh h " then I was like okay buddy move on :)

I talked to myself that I did my best at my worst and I am being hard on myself after 2023 even sitting in this exam is guts unlimited many sat this attempt out. Also wat mistakes I made in these two yrs I have gotta reverse this 11 months left for prelims I m gonna give my best consistently every day rest is not upto me. Rest is luck. Maybe something better is waiting in future if I keep giving my best. U NEVER KNOW. I am writing all this bcoz I was utterly negative and depressed these two years. Hard works se faith khatam ho gya tha. But when I realise that 21st century is the best of opportunities for mankind polity n social systems have never been so liberal. I’ve done extreme silly mistakes in this prelims because I didn’t revise and even though I knew many questions I was confused between options this was my 2nd attempt and I felt like even after studying extremely hard I made a mistake of not doing revision. My parents are hopeful for my result but I’m not able to tell them that I’m not even close to last year cut off.

Thank you sir really needed to see this. Was feeling low after yesterday's exam. Not a first timer but was preparing along with my job and due to paucity of time couldn't revise properly.. thats why got confused even with questions I knew😢 that hurts more.... Getting around 85 but feeling mostly won't be able to clear the cut off as most are saying cut off would go above 90 or 100...
Feeling very bad as this seemed like a comparatively easy paper than last year and I don't know if I can again attempt next year😢

This was my fourth attempt , second and third was not my serious attempt nd I started again 3 months ago ..completed and revised syllabus , gave test analysed that Gave my 100 percent this year . Nd when I came back after giving first paper I was confident bt when I checked nd analysed that I did lots of silly mistakes and my 8 question got wrong . I cried alot . Csat clear ho rha hai. Again feel like directionless , unconfident ,demotivated . Smjh nahi aa rha kya krna hai ab kya nahi

I am going to give my 1st attempt in 2025 and prepared by myself yet.
After going through the question ppr I could only manage to answer 25 right answer. Now Self doubt came in my mind whether I am able to ace the exam or not, may be those who are taking coaching is more superior than me.
I have noone with whom I can talk regarding my prep.
It's okay buddy, coaching doesn't make anyone superior, whether you're studying or not matters. Tough & easy are subjective things. The things which are easy for some ppl can be difficult for others. This year's paper heavily leans towards factual knowledge, which ppl like me & you might not be that good. But it isn't something that you can't gain, there's still 1 year, analyse your weak points & work on them. If you're willing to do that, you should give attempt next year.

@@rajanand8828 It's okay, feel free to ask for any help, preparing by your own alone can be overwhelming & confusing sometimes. And tbh all of us have this self doubt moment in our preparation period. Whenever you feel low, just remind yourself why you started this journey in the first place. Just be consistent & focus on completing your targets, rest all is not in your hands.

This was my first attempt Sir. I worked my a** off, pulled all nighters, did whatever you, Satyam Sir, Shivin Sir suggested, revised everything, even got decent marks in test series! But two things went horribly wrong with me. 1. My 50-50 answers didn't work out yesterday (luck never really liked me anyway) and 2. I had huge expectation!( should have believed Buddha when he said expectation is the cause of sufferings). I've been an over-achiever through out my life, got rank in 10th boards, did excellent in all other exams as well. Took microbiology in graduation, worked hard for semesters and got justice in result always. This is a complete new feeling for me, to not get the desirable result even after doing my best. You know Sir, after GS paper I was still hoping that I'd clear it, I was on cloud 9 seeing the CSAT paper, attempted 58 questions ( Not sure about a few RCs though, but overall it went really nice). I've still not checked the whole paper, but I know I'll not be scoring 90+. I could not get a wink of sleep last night. I kept on thinking, where did I go wrong? what should I do next? People are saying the question was very easy, but I didn't find it easy, then what is it that I'm lacking? How would I face my family? I know they've gone out of their way to support me throughout. How could I disappoint them like this? Thoughts clouded my mind. I was too scared to even go online. But just now, I thought let's overcome this and I clicked on your video. Thank you would be a very small word. I mean it when I say, I feel alive again thanks to you. I'll not check the answer keys, I'll wait for the result, but I'm not expecting anything anymore. I'm prepared to face whatever comes my way. When I lost my dad in 2020, I was a 18 years old, I was shattered into pieces, but I overcame that, I gathered my pieces, rebuilt myself and kept on moving ahead. This is in no way worse than that, so I can overcome this as well and I will. A 22 y/o girl is too young to give up.
