The answer is no. Maliketh can 1v1 anything but Malenia consistently. Adding in two black blade kindred, already some of the strongest enemies in the game, is just overkill. Not even Malenia will be able to handle them, since they cant be affected by rot and have a huge HP pool. Even making the bosses NG+7 won't do much because destined death deals percentage-based damage..

Watching this I actually find myself curious which version of Gideon's spell list would win a tournament of Gideons. Considering it adjusts based on stuff you have and haven't done. (Comet Azur, Scarlet Aeonia, Bloodboon and Rykard's Rancor I know have flags). I have a sneaking suspicion it's actually the BASE Gideon (just because the other versions have more spells to use. Meanwhile basic Gideon will spam Comet more often, and in many ways that's his best spell)
Gideon probably has the worst AI in Elden Ring. He runs into melee range and gets mauled. He stands/walks arounds doing nothing. He doesn't drink healing potions even when he has the opportunity.
