- The Baja, from Rossmönster Overland, is one of the most off-grid capable vehicles while also delivering luxury and comfort. Make no mistake, this is a real-deal expedition vehicle. Compare it to the likes of Global Expedition Vehicles (GXV), Earth Roamer, Earth Cruiser, Bliss Mobil, and American Expedition Vehicles. The capabilities and features are all there!
The rig shown in this vehicle is listed with a sales price of $285,000 (at the time of this video's release, Nov.23,2022). Don't forget... it's the TRUCK & THE CUSTOM CAMPER.
This rig features a custom composite camper shell with actuating topper for streamlined capability when driving and ultimate comfort when parked, a queen size bed over the cab and a Lagun table equipped dinette/bed conversion in the main camper area, Paperstone countertops, a full kitchen, and pass-through connecting the camper to the cab.
These rigs can be built on trucks from Ford, GMC, Chevy, and Ram.
Designed and built in Colorado, USA.

She really knows what she’s talking about! Good job presenting it!
I would’ve preferred to have a cassette toilet
It's not an Earthroamer...but if it's 1/4th the price it'd be worth looking at.
Nice job on the video - you're a great presenter PJ! Why would one purchase from Princess vs. Rossmonster direct unless I wanted it today
and a GMC no less?
Pass thru to the truck is,awesome
The closest thing I have seen to this price wise is the base model GXV adventure truck which start at around $290,000. I will say the pop up hard top for the price is way better than anything GXV offers as it's pop up hard top vehicle starts around $420,000. The pop up keeps driving heights low for getting under branches and camping area entrances that some very tall overland vehicles can't access due to height. It also likely gets better mileage on the highway. Not that it's going to be good anyway though. The issue I have is that the GXV's in this price range are built on a heavier duty 550 or 5500 chassis with a super single rear wheel conversion. Given the price difference in these chassis cab models and the cost of a super single conversion I would think the Rossmonster could be at least $20,000 less expensive. But, let's be honest, all of these could be tens of thousands less expensive with the most ridiculous examples costing hundreds of thousands more than their total cost plus a normal profit margin. Of course these are all toys for the wealthy and were never intended for the average Joe. That's the beauty of selling a luxury toy. You can charge whatever you can get for it because it's not a necessity for life and those who can build their own vehicles are going to do so no matter how much or little money they have. So all you have left are the rich who would rather trade money for goods rather than take their time to build something like this on their own.
sheesh that was long winded!! LOL
Very nice and I think better designed than the competition. It could use more water, but cans could be added to the back.
Great point!
Good presentation....cute presenter.....
That’s a Laveo Dry flush toilet. Not a composting, you were mistaken there.
That didn’t look like a composting toilet, looked more like the Laveo dry flush?? I love the concept of this rig but only 74” long bed is not enough for some of us tall people!
that was my thought too, I don't see a crank handle for stirring.....I think I would prefer a cassette anyways....
解說的非常好,口音清晰,節奏明快,請問這位女士有其他影片嗎?謝謝。
It's not finished right ? 80% done ?
It's not a Nature's Head composting toilet, that's a Laveo dry-flush toilet! FYI
ya, and I don't care for the idea of plastic bags full of waist.....
Good work ! Congrats 🍸
Designed pretty well
Looks like there is room for additional fresh water on top of the existing water tank. I would triple the solar on top using my own design, add 2 more batteries or a Powerwall and electric toilet ;) long as I’m dreaming, lol.
车高和车长是多少?能有户外炉灶,有自动检测轮胎的气压吗?
Looks nice. I prefer the provan tiger Bengal. It is far less too
Not sure … the last price I saw on a bengal was over 200,000 and those look pretty cramped to me. The Rossmonster looks more spacious and I think it’s a lot better looking
Oh wait I just saw the price posted on this. On another video of one of these the price was listed as 185,000 LOL price changes as the wind blows these days … Really fast and almost always in the northern direction 😿😿😿
Silly to have such a small entrance door.
Blame it on the pop up. When in the down position it comes right to the top of the door. Probably could be worked around but might have added thousands to an already expensive box.
Too expensive for what's provided! Very outdated and basic.
@@davep2945 It looks to me like there is room to raise the door opening or am I missing something?
It’s a novel or nifty little but overland class it is not. Fresh water tank size is similar to a cloth pop up camper and same for the fridge. Also with the price of diesel they need to make sure to offer it in the gas trucks also. Not sure but looks like a short bed is their going to be a long bed addition? Should have a motorcycle carrier built in for that price. Also with that small of a water tank they need to add a atmospheric water maker.
maybe you have a different definition of overlanding vehicle, I could easily live out of this for long periods....
I hope that the GMC company for the automotive industry adopts this model for export quantities, because it will be accepted by the customer, especially in the next 20 years, as wars abound and cities are destroyed, and people need shelters. This vehicle is a strategic choice for transportation and protection.
I love it. the one they have on offer on the site is 150k. thats pretty dang good comparatively. and with most similarly equipped overland trailers running 100K plus...
Still, way outside this middle class fools budget :D
After reading through the comments it is pretty obvious people are so biased to their opinions they don't listen or understand the presentation! While I don't agree it's on the same level as those companies mentioned the presenter does say the interior is custom to the buyers choice of materials yet everyone seems to be complaining about it.
Silly to have such a tiny fridge?
while 12volt is nice look at the silly freezer, waist of time!!!
Price ?
Is that price set in stone??👍 So is it 30 gals of water or 60?
I wish I had money..
Curious. Whats the list price?

This unit is listed for sale at $285,000.
@@PrincessCraft - thats fair for this rig. Will have to come see yall. Thanks
Wow 🥇🥇🥇🥇
Love it
12:33 That's what all the boys say!!!
While I love the competition, that wet bath is a no-go. They need to get creative to make more space for showering (i.e. euro style stow away toilet).
She said the toilet slides out for showering .....
@@1966camboThat toilet is visibly screwed into the wall.
@@cferdinandi wrong, listen to the video, she "clearing states " the toilet can move out of the shower. And for the record, it is NOT clearly screwed to the wall....
@@1966cambo I know that's what she SAYS, but it's not her rig, and if you look at the video, there are visible screws. RossMonster showers USUALLY have a removable cassette toilet. That particular model does not look like one, though.
The toilet is not screwed down.
It needs to be a duelie.
Not necessarily. Most of these truck based rigs even on the heavier chassis are converted to super singles which can carry pretty much the same payload as a dually. Single rears from the factory are available on all the big three 3500 series truck with payloads ranging up to 4000 pounds on crewcab 4x4's. These boxes are lighter than you think and even with water and battery setup's, skids and bumpers the max payload won't be exceeded. But you can get close enough that there is not enough left for more than two passengers and their stuff so I would be interested to see what the actual payload remaining is on this after all add ons are done.

Very unimpressive! Outdated interior design and only the basic of amenities! You'd think it would have been luxurious, like the earthroamer /outpost 35 from Wonderbox and others at this price point!! Great job as usual, PJ!!
Earthroamers are much longer and cost half a mill
😂😂😂😂anywhere you want to go!!! Let's go to Africa, oh wait, they don't have ANY low sulfur diesel ANYWHERE on the continent, umm OK how about South America....oh wait, it's very difficult if not impossible to find that there as well. Hmm OK let's go down a road to an epic spot. Oh wait, I'm way too big and don't want to scratch my overpriced rig. 😂😂😂😂
Needs refinement
Thought the same when I saw the price.....
11:55 **quieter
With an outdated interior and only basic amenities, this build isn't living up to the price of purchase.
Welp...
I'll give it a C for effort, but an F for overall Design. Why did they place the 🚽Toilet🚽there, it completely exposes the user to, well everyone. No door or walls offered for even the slightest bit of privacy. Not to mention, the 👃Stink!!!👃. You can say it doesn't smell, but anything that exists from there, well it SMELLS, it's waste. Plus its right in front of the entrance. (Worst location ever).
Next, where's the refrigerator, how do you keep the food cold. I can go on, but it wouldn't be be good, you know the old saying, "Back to the Old Drawing Board!!!" 👎👎👎👎👎
did you actually watch the video????? The fridge is in the video , just sayin....
Idiotizm
Wish the presentation was more appealing. It’s so boring.
What is the price?
