Of the top of my head the only things that have changed since I made the video about what I take is now I take sea buckthorn oil, zinc separately, L Citrulline Malate instead of L-arginine, no longer take saw palmetto, and early evening we have Allicin Max Capsules. I should make an updated video. The old one is here -
