Good job, I found this a nice and dispassionate recap. Factual presentations are controversial only to liars and fools. That's exactly what makes it invaluable in finding ways forward to a better world. Thanks!
Good job, definitely one of the better summaries of the fake electors plot I've seen on this scale. As more summaries are being made it seems people are narrowing in on what the most efficient points to cover are to most succinctly explain the plot, and I noticed two deviations from the standard list I was wondering about. One of the major points you covered was the attempted installation of Clark at the DOJ and the mass resignation threat. This is often skipped over in shorter accounts of the plot, but I think I like its inclusion because it helps give the point that even if the viewer isn't sure how legally dodgy this all is, a bunch of Trump-aligned lawyers are. Just curious if you had any other specific reasons to focus on this? A lot of summaries of this sort of length will focus heavily on the Eastman memo, specifically how it essentially describes a flow-chart that leads to "Trump wins" down every branch except the one where Pence follows the law as written. The other focus is also that the entire scheme is based on the entirely unfounded idea that the ECA is unconstitutional. I'm curious why you decided not to mention this? One downside of this point that comes to mind is that it lacks a direct connection to Trump himself, was that part of your thinking?
Those are great questions. When summarizing this event I didn't find it easy to keep the video concise and understandable. There is also a risk of information overloading the viewer. I decided to put in the Jeffrey Clark story because it is so wacky it deserved covering and it doesn't require a ton of legalese to understand. Actually this partially answers your second question too: I wanted to focus on the morality of the whole thing not the technical aspects. Could you link me to other overviews of the plot so I can see how others decide to go about it? Thanks
RUclips auto-deletes my comments. Let's see if I can work around that by first writing this comment and then replying to it with my real comment. EDIT: Nope, very cool youtube, you went from shadowdeleting comments of people that link their sources, to shadowdeleting comments that quote people that use curse words, to now even, I assume, shadowdeleting comments that mention certain non-curse words, without there being a list online of which words those are. Very cool.
@@Mon000 Oh you don't have to say sorry, this is clearly youtube's fault. Also, I didn't have a critique, I thought this video was a good quick overview, it was more of an addendum about further sources. Let's hope youtube's algorithm isn't as dedicated to hiding this video as it is to hiding comments about trump.
@@Xob_Driesestig Don't comment anymore. Try to be less on RUclips. This is fucked up bullshit. You can swear nowadays but don't ever say anything spicey about p*l*tics
While I do not support Trump in this course of action, it is true that PA did allow for changes to its voting rules without their legislature, and do consider mail voting and machine voting insecure and do not have confidence in it. Add to that the current abysmal antispeech open borders undemocratically nominated candidates, and Trump is still the lesser of two evils. But I have no problem with you stating your case, and would defend your right to make it. It is a shame that is not a perspective held by both sides.

A beautifully compiled and composed summary. Thank you!

This is very good. I’m watching it again and I will add it to my election playlists. I appreciate this work.
An incredibly important video, Trump’s behavior should be immediately disqualifying in the eyes of any moral person
Man, this was a good laugh. Appreciate it!

Sorry about this, never saw you being anything other than productive and helpful in your critiques.
