You don't need to have an accent to be good in English. Good English is about speaking or writing grammatically Correct sentences and good vocabulary and reading is the best way plus try and Converse in English as much as possible

This will help you to in normal communication how people talks where they use grammar & you also learn new words , vocabulary & pronunciation. 3rd :- focus on making sentences with your surroundings (home & outside) ,This will help you to make sentences & thought in your mind without translating. 4th:- try to say in English in front of mirror (louder) 5th:- make a paragraph with your surroundings & make a schedule what will you do all day! 6th :- make a friend who talks in English . 7th :- try to say confidencialy say in group . be consistent........ When I started learn spoken English, I said to my teacher that I followed so many youtube channels for vocabularies, structure and listening etc and even on social media I followed different kind of pages so whenever I open it I got to know something new every single time. Everybody was laughing, they said Kanika is running with English every where.... But eventually I speak better than all of them, and I used different vocabs and structure to make my conversation captivating. Note: most important this is what u think about yourself instead of taking other's perception.

There is no issue in Indian speaking, if it is about communication they can communicate in their native language. Every country have their own language to speak & India is a large country where in every 10-12 KM language changes little bit & people should proud of their native language. Yes it's an advantage to speak in English as major part of world nowadays accept English as international language & if you are interested in corporate sector in India then fluent in English helpful to you. But in general there is no such requirement of fluent English in your day today life even so many talented Scientist & Software Engineer & other tech related people can write good English but can't speak properly in English but they so successful in their life . So there is no issue in Indian speaking dear.. :) And here no doubt if every school got teacher like her, then definitely students English speaking issue resolved.
