Many builders were so backed up they had waiting lines to buy a house! One of my neighbors was number six in line waiting to buy a house! The day before I arrived at the subdivision, the sales contract had fallen through on a completed home. The home was perfect for my situation. I was able to begin the purchase process the next day! Two years later - I love Texas. Only regret, I didn’t make the move sooner.🤠
