Seems like a good idea to make a RUclips video to attract potential customers who are thinking about moving to Fargo. Is it working? I might be moving to the Urban Plains area and renting, but I've seen some pretty cool townhomes going up in that area. They are probably spendy though, I noticed a few on Zillow for north of $300k. The apartments are expensive to rent as well, if you want one that's a bit more upscale. Maybe that area is just expensive but it would be close to work so there's a convenience tradeoff. Is the Scheels arena worth mentioning?
The urban plains area has a lot of brand new apartments. Wouldn’t surprise me that they are more. Many new buildings offer more amenities as well. Restaurants/shops, pet friendly, gyms, etc. if you move here and want to explore buying vs renting, I’m happy to help.
Hi 😊 it was a very useful video about Fargo. There are very less or no information about Fargo in the RUclips. This was a very usefull one. Can u also tell about the monthly expenses for a family of 4. And about the school system in there.
I don’t specific costs for a family of 4, but with our moderate cost of living and relatively low housing, makes it an affordable place to live. The schools in area are great. My gf was a teacher for a few years and loved the Fargo and west Fargo school system. I have a kid in 2nd grade and we’re very happy with the schools.
I’m into fitness. There is a lot going on here. Many gyms and other work out options like orange theory and cycling studios. Fargo marathon. Pickle ball courts. High school and college athletics are huge in the area.
Ya but its becoming real bad. ive lived here all my life its become woke, crime is getting bad and taxes taxes and more taxes. In 5yrs you will want to move again
@ the cost of living in Fargo could triple and it would still be cheaper to live there, I have a friend in Fargo the place he rents for $950 a month would be $3000. a month easily
Entry jobs pay $16 a hour. You can rent a one bedroom apartment in a house turned into apartments for $600. Stay away from moldy basement apartments. No skill jobs mostly employ new immigrants. Lots of homeless here. If you can’t deal with the corporate mold job, it is a nightmare. Will be another Minneapolis in 5 years. Terrible traffic. Eating out is expensive. Public transportation not reliable. If if snows bus stops running at sunset. Never on time and buses full of homeless. Nice thing, everyone is equal and accepted here. Man wearing a dress walking downtown is ok. Hard to make friends. People keep to themselves.
I want to move real soon, this was so help. Thank you❤

Average house is probably realistically 320 and you better add 300 to 800 a month for property tax and specials.

So kind of you. We are planning to move there as a family so very eager in knowing about the place.
2 bedroom apartments would probably start around $700-800. Luxury apartments could be much more. $1500-2000?
If you ever decide to buy a home I’d be happy to help out.
What about the fitness industry 🤔
